Cons:

Muy mala atención al cliente. Tuve un problema con mi reserva y traté de ponerme en contacto con el hotel en varias ocasiones para solucionarlo, pero no recibí respuesta en ningún momento. Debido a la falta de atención y comunicación por parte del alojamiento, finalmente perdí el importe de la reserva. Estoy muy descontenta con el servicio recibido y con la forma en que gestionaron mi problema. Esperaba, como mínimo, una respuesta por parte del hotel.

Wie immer sehr angenehm mit freundlichem Personal und das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist super.
Pros:

Gute Lage in Denpasar , der Flughafen ist gut zu erreichen und der Strand ebenfalls. In der Nähe befindet sich alles Notwendige, Supermärkte, Kaffees und Restaurants sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Pros:

We had a ground floor, 3 bed suite and were able to access the pool area from our suite. Liked the 24hr conceirge

Cons:

No Balinese atmosphere, the pools could do with a central island or more trees or anything. Only breakfast at restaurant. Insufficient clothes airers, paid an extra 150 AUD for a dirty sheet on leaving which is unbelievable excessive. Struggled to get enough toilet paper which has to be cheapest brand available. Didn't clean rooms very often compared to other venues. Location was okay.

Booked a balcony suite and could not get chairs to use on balcony. No swim up bar as advertised. When in the pool had to go to reception for drinks. Only 1 lift was working out of 3. The spa and massage salon was closed for renovations was not advised of this before staying at hotel. One of the pools was closed. Overall not a great experience

In a really quiet area so taxi everywhere. The rules and fines for everything inside the accommodation when it’s not really up to date. Definitely wouldn’t rate as 4*

Comfortable hotel with expansive pool
Pros:

Beautiful, expansive pool. Happy friendly staff. Ample sized room. A super location for decor shops and tableware. The western breakfast perhaps could offer more choice. When I asked, yoghurt was provided especially for me. Management were also highly knowledgeable regards onward travel to the north.
