I had a fantastic stay at HK Clarks Inn, Amritsar. The location is excellent,just a short distance from the Golden Temple and other major attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the modern amenities you’d expect.
What really stood out was the hospitality,the staff were warm, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Check-in was smooth, and they even helped arrange local sightseeing. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, especially the Punjabi dishes, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. It’s a perfect choice for both tourists and business travelers. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels in amritsar.
Room was very clean their hospitality was very good. Overall service , cleanliness, food all of them i would rate 5 out of 5. I would strongly recommend this hotel for stay. Even the location was good its in ranjit avenue, this area is high class area.
Great hotel!!! I was there for a business meeting for just one day but was really enjoyed my stay . All the staffs were very humble, concerned and cooperative. Food and amenities facilities were amazing. Special thanks to Mr.Vikram from lobby .Excellent

Its was a heart warming welcome by the staff members. Overall experience at this place was good, roof top restaurant, pool and bar is very nice, breakfast included a number of delicious dishes and staff there is very polite they helped a lot.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this hotel, which was arranged by Malaysia Airlines after our flight was canceled. While I understand that the hotel may have been under pressure due to the large number of guests arriving at once, the behavior of the manager was completely unprofessional.
Upon arrival, we were given a double bed room for four people with no extra bedding. When I politely requested additional bedding, the manager responded dismissively, telling me I should be thankful we even had a room. He also mentioned he hadn’t been paid yet and may charge us in the morning, which created further confusion. Despite explaining that the room had been arranged by the airline, he refused to help and instead suggested I take the matter up with them. At one point, he even made a threatening comment about throwing our luggage out, which was both alarming and uncalled for.
I understand the hotel was under pressure, but this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I ended up having to sleep on the sofa, as there were no other options. Despite contacting the airline multiple times, no one provided any assistance, and the only response was an apology, which didn’t help our situation at all.
I truly hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously, as the behavior displayed was not only unhelpful but also rude and threatening. I believe the manager’s actions reflect poorly on the hotel’s reputation, and I hope no other guests have to experience such treatment in the future.

Nice location and very helpful staff at the reception in the morning. They accommodated and provided a lot of requests for the wedding guests at the last moment
The person at the night reception needs to change. He is very slow and seems uninterested in his work.
Parking space was full and guard adked me to park at roadside in towing zone . Also the hotel staff disturbed me with phone calls
Infrastructure of the hotel is not that great, AC duct was creating so much of an noise which was unbearable, bulb wasn't working (which was fixed by them), room size was okaish, lights aren't that great and the only good part was upon complaint about AC noise Night Manager upgraded the room to Suite however it was an old infrastructure & doesn't gave us as the feeling of living in a suite, it was a okish experience. breakfast was good but having very limited option in beverages, they should review there menu & bring few new items.
Only positive was the behaviour of the staff members, they were kind enough to upgrade & hopefully they must have taken care of the AC noise.
We booked the HK Clarks Inn in Amritsar for 2 days and got an executive room. Later, we decided to stay for 2 more days but couldn't get the same type of room. Instead, we booked the Royal suite. After seeing the pictures, I was really excited. However, when we arrived, we found out that the Royal suite is smaller than the executive room and not as shown in the pictures. The bathtub area is different. Though everything else is good, my only suggestion to everyone is not to be fooled by the pictures. Go for the executive room, which is much better than the Royal suite.

I visited this hotel for business and got a warm welcome at the hotel. Staff is helpful and ready to assist for the site seeing also. They suggested that we visit golden temple at night to get the best view and it was indeed.
