Pros:

都很好，但離車站有點距離，大約8-10分鐘路程。拖個行李會再多5-10分鐘。因為他們路面沒有很好推行李。飯店整體水準很棒，無論是需要任何協助都會盡力盡美。早餐好吃，景色優美。房間寬敞度很足，也很安靜，不吵。隔音很好。這次剛好遇到地震，但沒有台灣的搖晃感，反而很穩。衛浴設備也很棒，尤其是放浴缸水的水龍頭速度超快～太棒了！下次來還會住這裡

どんな状況の宿泊者でも最高のもてなしをしてくれるホテル
Pros:

深夜の疲れ切った到着でしたが、丁寧に対応頂き、また翌朝のルームサービスの締め切り時間が過ぎていましたが、快く対応頂けました。部屋もウェスティン独自のラグジュアリー感と清潔感。アメニティ類もセンスが光っています。普段は絶対に使わないバスローブを思わず羽織ってしまいました。また利用します！

Good, but could have been a bit better
Pros:

The location and view from the room was amazing.
All experiences with the staff were great.

Cons:

The ceiling was rather dirty and a bit off-putting.
I think they are the only hotel in Japan that doesn't put toothpaste and all amenities in the room. It was weirdness in the name of some sort of penny pinching.

Location was away from sendai station.
There was smoking smell in a non smoking room but the hotel staff changed the room promptly.

ほかの外資系ホテルが早くできてほしい。。
Pros:

ベッドだろう。シャワー水圧。。

Cons:

あの歯磨き粉の量と髭剃りクリームの量はちょっと小さすぎる。ウェスティンに泊まるような人は１日１回しか歯を磨かないわけではない。かえってホテルの印象が良くなくなる。新しい横浜のウェスティンのクオリティ、広さに比べて仙台は古い、狭い。大阪のような格調があるわけでもなく。価格に見合っていない気がする。

2） 早餐餐廳因桌面無人清理，導致排隊久候。
3） 反應問題除了「對不起」，服務人員沒有能力快速有效的解決。

以號稱仙台地區最高檔次的飯店來說，實在太差勁，令人失望！
