Not a 4 star experience. They seem to cater for tour groups

Pros:

Все понравилось, отель расположен рядом с театром. До входа в восточные ворота парка можно дойти пешком. Вечером можно погулять вдоль моста, на котором по вечерам можно увидеть лазерное шоу и фонтаны. Очень красиво. Отель очень понравился. Советую.

It's a good hotel but the staff do not communicate much in English.

This supposedly great hotel does not even provide coffer for guests. In my two days stay I had to go out every morning for a simple coffee. The gym is outdated and with very old and misfunctioning machines. I dont recommend

Perfect!!!
Pros:

The room is very spacious and comfortable, with daily housekeeping, and we stayed in a non-smoking room. The hotel’s breakfast is very good, offering both Western and Oriental options, and the hotel restaurant also serves very good food. The Wi-Fi works well if you have a VPN. The location is perfect, as the hotel is close to the train station and about a 10-minute walk to the east gate of the park, with many restaurants nearby and around 40 minutes from the airport. The staff are also very polite and helpful.

De Locatie is zeer goed, goed hotel en staff spreekt Engels.

Value for money comfortable stay close to Zhangjiajie national park
Pros:

Good location with lots to do in the town. Night market right outside. Convenience store inside. Free breakfast happy hour and drinks if staying on executive floor. They arranged English speaking guide for us ? For a fee)

Cons:

Cold in reception area- felt sorry for staff! Hot in bedroom and unable to change air con.
