Happy Morning
Pros:

The room (an accessible room) was clean and spacious. At breakfast, I noticed that the kitchen staff, Carmen, had brown bags, little meal kits, to go! And the front desk ladies, Jessica and Karina, were so cheerful and pleasant. What a nice start to the day 🙂

Great Hampton Inn
Pros:

Stayed here for a night. Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was great, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Rooms were reasonably priced. Had a great stay here, would stay again.

The location is good for us as we have family in the area.

Cons:

Our beds in our room did not fit the queen frames for either bed. The mattresses were smaller than the frame and not comfortable. I gave it an 8 because of the beds. Other than that it was a great stay.

I booked homtel room for me and friend for work. We get there at night and sleep until mornding. We getted breakfast and waffle was Texas shaped hooray! Homtel 👍🏻

Bed was too hard...I remember staying before and the beds were comfortable...Seemed like I was on a floor that needed renovations. Looked kinda old and warn.

Pros:

This facility needs to have new management. Refrigerator did not work lost all my food, milk, butter, coffee creamer. Sink faucet did not work. Bathroom floor corners and shower not clean. Noticeable cracked floor tiles, not safe for bare feet. Spoke with on site manager was promised that I would be contacted by general manager in order to "make it right".....Did not happen. Clarion in Sulphur Springs is way better.

This Hampton disappointed in a big way! The smell was bad. Maybe they had sprayed for bugs that day, but it permeated inside the building and in our room. The hall and common areas were hot and the carpet was dingy. There was a box fan at the end of our floor hallway which was going full blast to no avail. Our room temp was good and the sheets were clean, but the smell was horrific…Chemicals of some kind. The grout on the tub had red splotches that looked like blood! Our room carpet looked dirty. Why do hotels use carpeting? Breakfast was mediocre. One bite of egg and sausage was enough for me to say, “I’ll eat later.” So for the price we overpaid for what smelled and felt like a Motel 6. Find another hotel.

Okay for the price.
Pros:

The room was clean but there were crickets in our room and dead bugs in the hallways. The staff was nice. The supply of drinks in the store lackluster. There was only Diet Coke, no other sodas were available to purchase. I would stay there a gain but I am a country girl.
