Incredible staff and cleaning crew. Customer service made my experience worthwhile.

Remodeling did make things difficult. Your staff is handling things very well and making the transition manageable. Customer service is good.

Cons:

The remodeling is very inconvenient with the elevator shutdowns and the lack of communication and safety around the elevators.

The room (an accessible room) was clean and spacious. At breakfast, I noticed that the kitchen staff, Carmen, had brown bags, little meal kits, to go! And the front desk ladies, Jessica and Karina, were so cheerful and pleasant. What a nice start to the day 🙂
