Very clean
The breakfast food was not good.
We stayed at the Hampton Inn, Sunday 26th July and found Penny the Manager to be very customer focused. She was extremely helpful and ensured our experience was second to none. Thank you Penny!
The breakfast is very good.
They had availability last minute!
We had a first floor room. It was extremely damp. So much so that you couldn’t adjust in the bedding without making a major move. Stuck to everything. Towels were damp as well.
This might be one of the nicest Hampton Inns that I have stayed in. From the friendly staff to the perfect cleanliness, to a safe and convenient location for mid-coast Maine, you really can’t beat it. The biggest downside is that there isn’t much open late in the area so you might have a bit of a drive for dinner if you get a late start. That being said, it’s a really nice area to go for a walk if the weather is nice, day or night.
Great location for walkability to town and river walk!
Nothing
It was comfortable and in a good location
Great staff
The fact that a mistake was made by you and neither you nor hotel is willing to do anything to mitigate it resulting in me having to pay twice as much to extend stay for days I planned to here and for which I had flights booked months ago for this trip
I will NEVER use booking.com again or ever stay in another Hampton or Hilton hotel again it was
Great location and Staff
Great spot. Great gym.
too many dogs at breakfast
This place is a gem. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is plenty and the best part of this place is their customer service/staff. When we checked in, front desk (Kaitlyn) found out that our son is there for bday celebration and created mini gift for him that was given to us at breakfast. Then, we mentioned to the front desk (Jessica) that we are in hunt for good Maine blueberry pie and she went above and beyond to place an order with the local bakery for us to pick up a fresh pie which was a very pleasant surprise. All other front desk staff ( Penny) were amazing and always willing to give recommendations or go out of their way to help us. Truly magical stay.
Location
Friendliness of the staff. Nice people.
The TV service could be better. Youtube and Netflix channels are offered, but the guest has to log in these, a security risk I'd rather not take away from home. The LIVE TV channel guide is limited to what's on now and next. You can't look ahead to see what is offered in the evening. Pluto TV is a favorite of mine, but that channel was off-line with an error message all weekend. Please note: This is just a suggestion, there is nothing that would hinder us from booking with Hampton Inn Bath again, we had a great vacation experience.
Staff was wonderful
Great location
Will be back
No complaints whatsoever
