Excellent all round
Pros:

While it is pricey…. I Had an amazing time that exceeded my expectations. The service was topnotch from Bell Man to front desk to Chef, Servers. Just everyone. Whatever asked for was also provided. They really do go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and to make you feel very special. Looking forward to returning here again!

Welcoming and Wonderful!
Pros:

We visit New York City frequently and have stayed at many hotels but the Langham Fifth Avenue has stolen the crown for our best experience ever. We've stayed in many high-ranking hotels here in the USA and abroad, and the Langham Fifth Avenue is now wearing the crown.
Because we stayed at the Langham for Valentine's weekend, I thought it would nice to make our first stay memorable, so booked us in an Executive room with access to the Langham Club. BEST choice I could have made!
The room itself was spacious, as was the bathroom. Plenty of storage space, big, comfortable bed, a bathroom with a huge soaking tub and separate shower, great internet service, and very clean and well-maintained.
The Langham Club option was well worth the price. Open morning 'til night, it provided plentiful hot and cold food and drink options (including champagne, wines, beer, and mixed drinks) of amazing variety.
They also had a jazz ensemble playing them on Valentine's Day!
One of my prime concerns when traveling is my husband's severe food allergy. Not only were the buffet options clearly labeled with allergens, we were told that if need be, he could have something made for him. (It didn't come to that, but we both appreciated it.)
In my opinion, while all of the above facets of a stay at the Langham Fifth Avenue are wonderful, what really makes this hotel a big cut above the rest is the team of employees. From arrival to departure, from the Langham Club staff to Housekeeping, everyone with whom we interacted was the epitome of excellent hospitality. They were efficient, warm, professional, and welcoming. Bravo to all!

My Stay at the Langham
Pros:

Friendly staff. Great location. Very clean. Food was average. Mattress was very thin and made for an average night sleep at best. Not the most comfortable.

High Quality Mid-Town Hotel on 5th Avenue
Pros:

The Langham is a very nice property particularly if your planning activities in Mid and Downtown. It’s quiet , convenient to Broadway and Bryant Park with good restaurants in the area . Rooms are large by New York standards and the service throughout the hotel by all the staff is excellent.

Excellent , pure luxury.
Pros:

Pure luxury from start to finish — just what you expect from a five-star experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional and every detail was thoughtfully executed. Ashley at the front desk was a standout — her warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel truly valued. She has the kind of service and management skills that elevate the entire experience.

This level of hospitality exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of staying at The Langham for my daughters 12th birthday trip. Everything was seamless in regard to check-in and overall service. The food we had both in room dining and at the restaurant was excellent. The room had all the amenities you could ask for. Truly luxury! The fitness club was very clean and many options for both cardio and strength training.
