High standard services and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Overall services were good. Staff were friendly and helpful. I moved to Conrad after staying 3 days in Langham and found Conrad services were not compatible at all. In terms of facilities, they are quite good. We stayed at the one bed room suite with washing machine and dryers and kitchen which are really convenient for us. I wish other hotels also offer similar type of setting. This is rarely found though. Beds are very comfortable. Everything is good. Also, we enjoyed the Langham club a lot.

Cons:

The hallway light was broken but they fixed it immediately.

Pros:

A longer stay than anticipated due to the blizzard, but the team did a great job making it stress free. Echoing earlier reviews - do go for a room with club access if you can - great place to relax in between sight seeing and super breakfast.

New York Luxury at The Langham
Pros:

I did an overnight staycation to celebrate my birthday at The Langham with my partner. After checking in they delivered some dessert treats for us to celebrate.

The location was great being two blocks from Bryant Park and right on 5th Avenue. After checking in we walked to dinner, a broadway show, and came back for a great nightcap and some Jazz at the hotel bar Ai Fiori.

Overall an excellent stay, it's definitely a 5-Star hotel and can expect that quality.

Would certainly stay here again
Pros:

This was an excellent choice for a quick stop in New York on our way to stay with family.

The welcome was warm and friendly, and there was plenty of assistance with bags getting into and out of taxis. The lobby is not going to win any awards for design or style and is quite small, but everything worked well.

The room was very comfortable, and well laid out. And most importantly, it was quite quiet!

It's not the sort of hotel that is going to blow you away, but it is certainly somewhere I would stay again.

Lovely Experience
Pros:

Had a fantastic City Break in NYC. The Langham was a great mid-town base. We had a Club executive Suite which was huge and very nice. Our party also had a Club Executive King which was also pretty roomy. Access to the Club was a real highlight. The hotel kindly provided a bottle of Champers and Chocolate covered Strawberries form my wife's Birthday and the staff were all helpful and friendly. We only had one Dinner in the hotel which could have been better to be honest, but eating out in NY is one of the main reasons for going. The Gym was top notch modern and cool, wish there had been a pool too. Would definitely visit the Langham NY again
