The place was beautiful, just had a few issues. Still looking for my refund

When I ordered margheritas, it was bad strawberries. I ever slept over mixing the blender. And she used it to make my drink. I asked her to take it off. I didn't want it after that. We ordered the prime rib sandwich with the mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were cold. Our room did not lock and my partner had some bugs on them in the middle of the night and there was a constant running banging in the wall. The service was very nice people. They were friendly, they. I said we couldn't stay told him about the problems, they said. We get a for refund for Friday night and for Saturday. We would not be charged because we're not staying there. I've only we've received one refund of two forty 54 the first night. They charge both the same night

The customer service people were very nice. We asked for a fan, an extra blankets. They were very awesome

Pros:

Everything was fine except we reserved for a 1 king size room and we got a room with e full size beds. The clerk did not let us know until we got to our room. A warning that they ran out of the king size room ran out would have been nice or accommodating us.

This property suited our needs being close to the airport.
Pros:

The location was very convenient to pick up our son at the airport It was only 5 minutes away. The beds were comfortable and room was clean.

Cons:

We had to pay an extra fee for parking and there was no complimentary breakfast in the morning.

Convenient Airport Hotel
Pros:

Booked here after being stranded at the airport by a cancelled flight. Nice modern facility with spacious rooms, attentive staff and normal facilities. We arrived late, but the hotel shuttle ran longer than normal to get all of the stranded passengers to the hotel from the airport. There was only one clerk on duty to handle check in for a hundred guests, so the process was painfully slow. All staff were helpful and professional, but the wait was brutal, particularly after the confusion at the airport. Hotel restaurant was efficient for (paid) breakfast.
