I plan to stay at this particular hotel next time I travel this way.
Pros:

The staff were polite and helpful. Susan the cook was very proud of the food spread she prepared. The cleaning staff were on their job like they meant it.

Cons:

The oatmeal at breakfast was tasteless.....even with sugar. The renovated dining area was great. Now the kitchen needs to be upgraded.

Overall, everything was great however the smell of dog was disappointing

Cons:

My room smelled like dog. I have dogs and love that you are pet friendly. A little more effort to try and eliminate the dog smell for the next guest would be nice.

Nice hotel good location
Pros:

Every time we come to our shop to visit family, we will be staying there
Pros:

I’ve stayed there over the years multiple times. We noticed that our room had been updated. We thought the updates were amazing. It was very clean. The mattresses were very comfortable as were the pillows and the bedding.

Cons:

The elevator seems to get hung up just for a few seconds, but other than that our stay was great.
