Pros:

I asked for handicap. But the know for the shower was brocken. The soap and lotion dispenses were to high for me at 4'11. My sister in a wheelchair could not reach at all.There was no way to take a shower the drain would not stop. I asked a person who was cleaning room To please take the trash. But, they could only go in to the rooms every other day. I would not recommend for people with disabilities. Also, I had move furniture around to put my sisiters wheel chair in an area out of the way. Tables were not realy accessible . I could not put the chair under.

Cons:

I liked the accessibility from the parking lot. The front desk people were nice and understanding. The person who prepped the breakfast was super helpful. I was so impressed. The beds were comfortable. The room was close to the elevator. The bathroom was perfect to move a wheelchair around. The nightlight in the bathroom was a great touch. The soap and lotion were nice but to high for me a 411 and extremely to high for my sister in the wheelchair. I had to buy my own .

All good overall. Id stay there again
Pros:

Very clean, good staff, no issues

Cons:

A little better coffee service in room... for $160 put some half and half and decent amount of sweetener choices.

We had a great time staying at the Hampton Inn in Bastrop and we will be returning soon!
Pros:

The Staff was very friendly, from the welcome to checking on us daily. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We didn't have much of a view, but it was too hot to leave the curtains open. All in all it was a great stay and we will definitely be returning.

Cons:

The stay was great and we don't have any complaints, except for the extra soft pillows. Could have used a few more to help but that's not enough to change the overall stay.

I plan to stay at this particular hotel next time I travel this way.
Pros:

The staff were polite and helpful. Susan the cook was very proud of the food spread she prepared. The cleaning staff were on their job like they meant it.

Cons:

The oatmeal at breakfast was tasteless.....even with sugar. The renovated dining area was great. Now the kitchen needs to be upgraded.

Overall, everything was great however the smell of dog was disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast was nice and was well organized

Cons:

My room smelled like dog. I have dogs and love that you are pet friendly. A little more effort to try and eliminate the dog smell for the next guest would be nice.
