Pros:

The staff was excellenet and very accomadating.

Cons:

The room was dirty. There was a stain on our sheets that was red and there were crumbs from the previous people on the tables and on the air conditoning vent. You can tell the room was not cleaned up.

Loved the Environs, Great Stay
Pros:

We were going to a Pittsburgh Opera performance, and opted to stay here. What a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and activities. Ample parking at the very best rate. Service was friendly and super helpful on multiple arenas, breakfast better than most, and a comfortable and good night's sleep. This would be a perfect location for a baseball game. I can't wait to return and try out more restaurants in the area.

The room that I was assigned was awful 😖 the bed had a urine odor on the 4th floor, I was then assigned a room on the 6th floor was ok but their was no body soap in the pump, and two other people complained about the motel as well and I was there one night, SMH

The room was very nice and spacious. And the location was perfect for walking safely to nearby attractions and restaurants.

The water pressure and how hot the water got were our only minor complaints.

Horrible experience
Pros:

Horrible experience. The furnishings are outdated, dented, scratched, and janky. My refrigerator had 6 boxes of takeout food from previous guests. I notified the front desk and was told to bring my belongings downstair and they'd find me a different room ... no offer to help me with my travel cases, etc. I declined and instead asked for someone to come get the leftovers. No one was available to do that, so I had to gather everything and put it in the hall outside my door.

Very Disappointing
Pros:

Don't believe the website, there is no "market" and the "restaurant" is only a menu of about five things. I ordered a crib, the crib wasn't there, when the crib did eventually come up there was no mattress - they did not have a mattress for the crib, and then they didn't have bedding for a crib even it there was an appropriate mattress for the crib. There was mold on a side table, and generally, the hotel is very run down.

Comfortable stay with great view of city
Pros:

Excellent staff, location & easy access from highwsy. Help received into checking out local venues, food locations. Breakfast was awesome, warm and good varieties

Pros:

My carpet was dirty. My table was dirty. My sink was leaking. Someone tried to get in my room with the housekeeping manager, but she didn’t announce herself so that was scary how to get a new key.

Just a little disappointed
Pros:

It was ok at least it was clean and the staff was excellent

Cons:

I reported the phones in the room did not work there was no microwave in the room and my granddaughter had to take a shower in cold water as there was no hot water they stated they would remove the charge for parking from my bill but they did not

Neither one of us were able to sleep due to the itchy sheets

The staff were helpful, the room was big and had a couch and a refrigerator.

Cons:

The sheets were awful, incredibly itchy, and neither one of us were able to sleep. If we had booked more than one night, we definitely would’ve complained about the sheets.
