Pros:

The room was very nice and spacious. And the location was perfect for walking safely to nearby attractions and restaurants.

Cons:

The water pressure and how hot the water got were our only minor complaints.

Pros:

My carpet was dirty. My table was dirty. My sink was leaking. Someone tried to get in my room with the housekeeping manager, but she didn’t announce herself so that was scary how to get a new key.

Just a little disappointed
Pros:

It was ok at least it was clean and the staff was excellent

Cons:

I reported the phones in the room did not work there was no microwave in the room and my granddaughter had to take a shower in cold water as there was no hot water they stated they would remove the charge for parking from my bill but they did not

Neither one of us were able to sleep due to the itchy sheets
Pros:

The staff were helpful, the room was big and had a couch and a refrigerator.

Cons:

The sheets were awful, incredibly itchy, and neither one of us were able to sleep. If we had booked more than one night, we definitely would’ve complained about the sheets.

Overall perfect for what we needed
Pros:

Beds comfortable - clean all over - breakfast was good.

Cons:

That we had to pay for parking when paying to stay there. Our room window was right by 2 toads that were semi busy and you could hear that noise.

Really liked the staff and the bed was extremely comfortable. Best breakfast so far in the hotels.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. Food was hot and fresh. Beverages were good. Room was cozy and quiet.

Cons:

There was a hole and crack in one of the walls from the bathroom door being slammed into it. Didn't like that there was no snack shop to really choose from to take to the room or essentials to look at if needed.

Pros:

I liked everything was close to where I needed to be had a pool for the kids!

Cons:

You could serve breakfast a little sooner, my daughter had to leave the building at 6:45 to get to her cheer comp and couldn’t eat. Asked for a bowl of cereal and was told I couldn’t and had to wait till I was leaving. But other than that everything was really nice!!! Rooms were very clean, pool area was really clean, definitely recommend.

Location, Location, Location
Pros:

Located between the Football and Baseball stadiums along a Row of Bar-Restaurants it’s perfect for attending events at these venues. Having worked in the Hotel/Restaurant industry in the past I know the most important feature for me is good staff. And in my rating of this property would be 6 or 7 without the professional level Hyatt team. From Front desk to housekeeping-maintenance and Breakfast / F&B. 8️⃣. Now-a-days service at some hotels can sometimes be lacking. This property has what makes other hotel managers jealous, GREAT SAFF !! Thanks for doing it right.

Cons:

The only things preventing higher rating is the pay to park, stadium effect I guess? And a bit of a need for areas of room renovations. That said my room was cozy and adequate for biz travel.

very nice and comfortable room, plenty of restaurants and bars right by!
Pros:

the staff was very kind and helpful. No issues with any of the utilities in the room, everything worked perfect without a hitch. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space in the room. we were very happy to stay here and absolutely would again. It was also right down the road from the AE stage which is why we were coming into town. All around, it was a wonderful stay and trip to Pittsburgh!

Cons:

room was a little expensive, but worth every penny, the view was just of the parking garage, which is also understandable as we were in the middle of the city. There really wasn't anything that we walked away upset about. All around a fantastic experience.
