Great location and nice staff!
Pros:

Staff really nice, breakfast was wonderful! Great location downtown with its own parking lot. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

A little pricey but otherwise great.

Pros:

The location was great, right down the street from the concert venue.

Cons:

Room was dirty, handprints all over the bathroom door inside and out, handprints and streaks down closet door mirror, streaks of who knows what on the shower door that was also missing the handle. Furniture was beat up pretty bad and there was grime built up on the handles to the drawers. Room was missing most of the linens for the pull out bed. I expected more from a Hyatt hotel.

Perfect Location with Great Accommodations
Pros:

Location couldn't be better. Facility was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding.

Cons:

With the exception of the late night desk staff member, who was great, the front desk staff were not engaging and seemed bothered by guests.

Horrible Service
Pros:

Location is the only good thing about this place.

Cons:

The service was horrible. They charged my card and wanted me to pay again because it "didn't show up in their system" meanwhile I'm holding my phone with the charge right in front of them. The staff could care less to help you with anything. Just in the time I was standing there trying to resolve this whole issue, two other guests came to the front desk asking for a new room because one's smelled like mold and the other had asked for room service 4 times over the past two days and had gotten none. The room itself was not very clean and all the furniture was so beat up and not taken care of, there was even a glass cup by the sink that had red sticky residue from a previous guest and was not washed. Would NOT recommend staying here.

Pros:

If you can, stay somewhere else. The room was barely passable as clean, I lived out of my suitcase for the 4 days we were there. I did not want to put anything in the drawers. The bathroom wasn't very clean either, all metal surfaces looked like they were rusty. The blanket for the sofa bed looked like someone's dog chewed a hole in it. The room smelled musty / stale as well.
The hotel breakfast was gross, the eggs were cold and disgusting. The baked goods were dry / stale. I avoided it after the first day of our stay.
