Hidden gem in YMM
Pros:

Clean, secure, underground parking, tons of space, two beds in two bedrooms.

Cons:

The person in the room above us was a heavy walker and quite loud a bit later than we would have liked.

Next time check booking for clerical issues that the hotel "cannot" help with. Still takes the pay.

The booking ended up being a clerical error. Tried to speak to the property, they would do nothing and still charged a damage deposit even though there was no occupancy. Booked a second night and paid an additional security deposit. Yes, I understand that it is a "hold" , but to have it done twice in a 24 hour period is tough to fathom. 600$ for damage deposits

Overall, great stay and would definitely return. Id most definitely bring my own pillow though.

I will definitely be staying there again over the winter
Pros:

I love the location. Walking distance to Cora’s, Mike’s and Original Joe’s. Save-On foods also next door. I also like the underground heated parking.

Pros:

Not recommended. There were two of us staying here and we both experienced headaches after being in the room for an hour. Could not sleep and staff would not allow us to cancel our second night.

Pros:

It's fine. The underground parking is nice, breakfast is sub par. Always feels like a ghost town in this hotel, very quiet.
