가성비 끝판왕
Pros:

1. 대중교통(지하철)과 매우 가깝다.
2. 번화가와 가깝고 어디든 걸어가기 좋다.
3. 편의점이 가깝다. 심지어 건물안에 있다.
4. 가성비가 너무 좋다. 이 가격에 이정도는 못구함.

Cons:

방청소가 3박까지는 안된다는 점이 매우 아쉽습니다. 이번에 딱 3박을 했는데, 나갔다 들어오면 방에 있는 쓰레기통에서 은근히 냄새가 나더라구요. 방 청소는 가능하면 매일 해주셨으면 좋겠습니다.
