המלון נמצא במקום מרכזי קרוב לתחנת מטרו. מאד נח מבחינת התניידות.
שדרנו לחבילת חבר מועדון וזה נתן לנו בונוסים : לונג' חדר אוכל בקומה גבוה, שימוש בשתיה קלה חופשי, שעת תה, ארוחת ערב. הכל בפקידה וכל כך טעים. ש במלון מסעדת מישלן, לא הספקנו להיות בה. אהבתי את מונית השירות הורודה של המלון להסעות ליעדים קרובים. חוויה.

Amazing stay.
Pros:

Amazing, I liked everything about it. Especially the Diptyque amenities and the electronic curtains and blinds!!!!! The tea was amazing, the coffee machine too….

Pros:

Location is at the heart of retail district. Hotel is presentable and shower is spacious.

Cons:

TV connectivity needs upgrade. Good to have individual lotion bottle for clients to use on the go as the climate is dry. The finishing is deteriorating, hotel needs refresh.

Great Vacation
Pros:

Great service and true value for money plus delicious food. Langham was located at the center of shopping and great restaurants plus the service was great. Room was absolutely huge. Overall great will be back for langham for our next trip again

Pros:

It was our second stay at the Langham Shanghai Xintiandi and not the last visit. The location is perfect for our working days an we enjoyed the breakfast as well as the coffee and snacks in the afternoon.
The hospitality of the entire staff is excellent and I is easy to feel a bit like home, far away from home.
The rooms are modern with a touch of a “classical hotel”. For sure we will be back.

Large room & good location
Pros:

The hotel is located in a busy shopping district, so traffic is quite heavy all the time. We stayed as a family for a week and were given a large corner room with a spacious bathroom. Unfortunately, there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke despite the 'No Smoking' signs.
The breakfast offered variety, but it was largely the same every day. On some days, certain items ran out and weren't refilled, and it could get crowded with long queues. Overall, it was okay. The lovely female staff member at the restaurant counter provided excellent service and was always smiling. The housekeeping staff couldn't speak English but tried their best to communicate.
However, the reception staff during check-out were quite rude; there was no queue management, and they seemed indifferent to the guests. On the other hand, the bellboy (who is mute) was exceptional. He was helpful, polite, and took great care of us. We felt bad that we couldn't tip him as we weren't carrying any cash.
In summary, it’s a decent hotel, but considering the value for money, there are better options available.
