Удобство, комфорт и слабый персонал
Pros:

Очень понравилось расположение отеля. Приятный район с огромным количеством ресторанов и магазинов. Вид из номера был на Французский квартал. Сад радости, набережная Вайтань, Нанкинская улица - все в пешей доступности. Отличный завтрак - один из лучших, что я видел. Очень разнообразно и вкусно.
Хороший просторный номер с большой удобной кроватью. Уборку проводили два раза в день - в номере было чисто. Запас бесплатной питьевой воды всегда пополняли.

Cons:

При заезде в отель мы столкнулись с проблемой оплаты. Скажу сразу, что проблема оказалась на стороне банка, но узнали мы об этом позже. Никто даже не попытался нам помочь, не предложили ни воды, ни чая пока мы сидя в холле пытались решить проблему. Усугубило эту ситуацию то, что отель списал с меня всю сумму за весь срок проживания + по 1000 юаней в качестве депозита за каждую ночь пребывания! Хотя в письме письме из отеля, которое я получил до заезда, было дословно написано следующее: "Оплата проживания будет произведена при выезде из отеля." И ни слова про депозит. Мягко говоря, это нечестно по отношению к гостям. На третий день пребывания жена пыталась через ресепшн забронировать ресторан на ужин. В результате получила от сотрудника список ресторанов с телефонами на китайском. Когда хотел забронировать трансфер из аэропорта в отель, то получил заградительный тариф в размере 1100 юаней. На такси класса премиум я доехал за 240 юаней. Персонал отеля - это самое слабое звено в работе отеля. Помимо этого удивил слабый wifi - 6 мбит/с на загрузку. Загрузка даже текстовых файлов шла с задержкой. Зачем вообще его предлагать? В санузле два смесителя в раковинах подтекали - пора менять. В лифтовом холле очень сильно пахнет едой из ресторана - вытяжка совсем не справляется. Эти нюансы смазали впечатление от пребывании в хорошем отеле.

Холл красивый, но около лифта сильно пахнет едой, так как кухня рядом. Гостиницы уже устарела, надо сделать ремонт в номерах, в ванной сломаны граниты, обои отдираются

Perfect stay in commercial and walking historical part of Shanghai.
Pros:

Hotel com potencial, se não fosse o cheiro de cigarro nos corredores e quarto. Acabou prejudicando a estadia e nos fazen

Localização e café da manhã.

Cons:

Corredores e quarto com cheiro de cigarro e carpet sujo. Pedi quarto para não fumante, mas o cheiro era muito alto mesmo assim. Infelizmente devido a esse fato, decidimos encurtar nossa estadia e voltarmos para outro hotel no Bund. Uma pena, pois a localização, café da manhã e conforto eram ótimos.
