Location and staff. Room, bathroom and amenities are excellent.
Breakfast was expansive but flavors were not amazing. Most of the items that were native to China tasted dull. Fruit selection was small for this class of hotel. Also, the coffee service is ok. They need to add some small dishes for jelly, jams and Nutella.
This is a fantastic hotel. Great staff, great location. Really recommend it.
Fabulous location. We arrived late at night, but the foyer was still buzzing with music. The stre was busy with diners and drinkers. The whole experience just felt really alive.

We loved our stay. The breakfast was wonderful–many options with everything freshly prepared and laid out nicely. The location was central to many restaurants and mall stores. The room and the bed itself was comfortable! We hope to stay again one day. We also appreciated the hospitality of the staff–everyone was so kind and attentive.
The hotel is gorgeous. The staff is wonderful and very helpful and friendly, especially Nancy, thank you! The breakfasts are varied. The rooms are cozy, large and have a beautiful view! During check-in, my daughter was given a doll from the hotel, my daughter was happy!

It's a gorgeous hotel in one of the best locations in Shanghai in terms of immediate surroundings as well as access to everywhere else. The beautiful bedrooms are warm, contemporary, spacious and plush.
The quality and selection at the buffet breakfast is impressive, with a wide range of local and international foods, including xiao long bao :) It's an immaculately operation, with every single staff member helpful, friendly and proactively looking out for you.
The 25M lap pool, the sauna and steam rooms, and gym are really top notch, among the best I've seen in hotels.
The real standout are the staff. From the moment you enter, every single person you encounter, from the door-persons to the housekeepers to the managers, could not be more friendly and helpful. No exceptions!

שדרנו לחבילת חבר מועדון וזה נתן לנו בונוסים : לונג' חדר אוכל בקומה גבוה, שימוש בשתיה קלה חופשי, שעת תה, ארוחת ערב. הכל בפקידה וכל כך טעים. ש במלון מסעדת מישלן, לא הספקנו להיות בה. אהבתי את מונית השירות הורודה של המלון להסעות ליעדים קרובים. חוויה.
