Fantastic location in the heart of Xiantandi
Nothing
Very nice hotel, my flight got in late, so I didn't have as much time there as I had hoped. All staff were excellent, the pool was clean, tidy and well looked after. Gym was also nice. Well managed and nice.
Check-in/out is super friendly and quick. The club lounge was great, a nice relaxed enviroment for a drink and some work in the evening and Breafast in the morning.
Special shout out to Harriot (studied in Switzerland) - who worked in the lounge along with Lucy (studied in Australia) - who took the time to chat and serve.
Zeer modern hotel met alle faciliteiten die je van een luxe hotel mag verwachten. Menig westers luxe-hotel kan hier een voorbeeld aan nemen. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid met ruime keuze tussen Chinees en westers eten. Michelin-sterren restaurant in het hotel. Fitness en zwembad uitstekend. Medewerkers zeer behulpzaam en Google-translate is een 2e natuur Cor hun. Uitzicht vanuit de kamer magnifiek. Kamer zelf is voorzien van alle comfort en zeer schoon. Omgeving zeer lenig met een prachtig gerestaureerde wijk naast het hotel met fijne restaurants en een Mall.

The Team and the service was impeccable. Thank you to every single one. Nice choice though smaller breakfast buffet.
The building and facilities show some age. The pool area lacks atmosphere. No healthy whole grain bread or oats at breakfast. Mostly toast bread only.
