Family stay - recurring customer
Pros:

Outstanding service, location and amenities. Love love love the pool and spa. Perfect water temperature in both pool and hot tub. Soothing underwater music. Delicious breakfast buffet. Well layed out and used lobby area. (Life music in the evenings is not needed in my opinion as there is lively Xintiandi just in front of the hotel. So we'd prefer a quiet lobby area for conversations, but this is a very personal opinion that might different from other guests ideas.)

Не понравилось что на завтраке в ресторане плохо работает вытяжка ,выходишь с ресторана весь пропахший едой ,не очень приятно !!!

Location ,breakfast, big room with view, outstanding service at the entrance very helpful and welcoming, assisting us immediately with our luggage!!!

Cons:

The lobby is too small and dated.
Although swimming caps are mandatory in the pool ,the hotel do not provide them before entering the pool ,so some guests are swimming without cups.
Last but not least , the amount for deposit is 1/3 of our total stay ! meanwhile we already have prepaid the whole accommodation for 5 knights for 2 rooms. i think that is unnecessary especially for European citizens who they do not have cash and will get the refund back ,after 3 weeks .
