배달을 잘못 시켜서 수령하지 못할뻔 했는데, 도어맨(?)이 배달업체 고객센터에까지 전화해서 해결해주셔서 감동이었습니다.
다른 방에서 요청한 물건들이 룸넘버를 착각해 우리 방으로 잘못 전달되는 경우가 두번이나 있었습니다. 주의가 필요해보입니다.
Great hotel. I paid a small premium for a Club Room and the Club Lounge was outstanding - both breakfast and later in the day. Shirley, the manager, was outstanding. Staff overall were excellent. Best location in Shanghai.

Perfect location just across from Xintiandi nightlife street; the room was very comfortable, and the hotel is beautiful and relaxing. I would love to stay in any country again.

The only problem we have and it was not with the hotel, is with the taxies in the city, they are not very honest. Maybe the hotel could have a transportation system that could be provided to their guest.
