Cleanliness
9.3
Multiple reviews repeatedly describe rooms as clean, brand new, and recently renovated; minor notes about a hallway not being vacuumed daily and isolated issues do not outweigh generally excellent cleanliness.

9.5
Numerous comments highlight friendly, helpful, and exceptional front desk staff, early check-in accommodated and consistently positive staff interactions.
Location
9
Guests note convenient placement near restaurants, Howard Pond and close to UD; repeatedly described as a convenient location for their visits.
Room Quality
8.5
Many guests praised comfortable, recently renovated rooms and great showers; one or two mentions of uncomfortable beds and thin walls temper the score but overall quality is solid.

Positive notes on blackout shades, 2-bedroom option, and good coffee; some amenity shortcomings reported (no screen casting on TVs, limited allergy/gluten-free and non-dairy options).
Value for Money
8.4
Several guests mention good value (including a strong 2-bedroom price), though one review felt the price was a bit high for the area.
Food and Beverage
7.8
Breakfast is often described as very good and coffee praised, but multiple comments point to limited variety and lack of gluten-free/non-dairy/allergy-friendly options.
Overall Experience
9
Overall sentiment is very positive: 'wonderful stay', 'would definitely stay again', and consistent praise for staff and comfort indicate a strong overall guest experience.
