Magnifique hôtel où j’ai eu la chance d’être upgradé. Le décor post colonial est resté dans son jus et ce qui en fait son charme si particulier. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable.

Very smart property, lovely well laid out bathroom, bedroom and mezzanine (very nice touch), staff go above and beyond.

Nice heritage property.

The property claims to be a haveli, but the old haveli is not used much for the average traveler as there is a common living area adjoining four bedrooms. So, most of the “ normal” rooms are in brand new buildings that are not havelis.
The grounds are lovely and peaceful.
The waiter in the restaurant improved dramatically with a small amount of guidance from one morning to the next.
The front desk man who “arranged” our guided tour of havelis in Nawalgarh and Mandawa charged us a rather high price and neglected to tell us that it did not include a car!

Beautiful property, lovely comfortable rooms and friendly helpful staff. We were given a tour of the old Haveli on the property as well as across the road. Situated on a quiet road, Nawalgarh is a must see town.

The staff was very nice and did eveything to make my stay comfortable. The Rajasthani food is quite nice. However, having said that, the price per night is a bit steep. For the same amount, I have stayed at much more luxurious and better located properties. I think the per night rate is at least 30% higher than what it should be. All in all, I did have a pleasent stay at Koolwal Kothi

We had a very pleasant stay over looking a beautiful pool and lawn away from the noise and bustle of the town while giving easy access to the many well decorated Havelis. The staff were helpful, pleasant and well dressed. Our only reservation was that the smart restaurant had only a very limited vegetarian menu with spice levesl to suit most European tastes but not British. The very friendly owner assured us that given notice the these reservations could be overcome.

Arrived at this heritage hotel and were well assisted by staff. Our heritage room met all of our needs very well with good functioning A/C and updated bathroom.
What makes this haveli stand out is the friendly and accommodating service as well as the delicious and affordable restaurant. We'd stay here again. The hotel manager arranged for an area guide on very short notice who did an excellent job. Stay Nov 2011
