Ol ide un cargador de teléfono en la habitación, llame para saber si el personal de servicio lo había encontrado Pero no apareció. Volví a llamar 2 veces más y nada. Yo estaba en la ciudad y pensé que lo iban a devolver. Una lastima las malas costumbres de nuestra hoteleria.
Muy espacioso, muy bueno el desayuno, el gimnasio , la piscina y los saunas
Las habitaciones no tienen buena insonorización, se escucha absolutamente todo desde el pasillo y las habitaciones linderas . Tuvimos la mala suerte de que fuimos un fin de semana lleno de niños y se escuchaban todo el tiempo, además de que corrían libremente por todo el establecimiento sin ningún tipo de control de adultos . Sumamente molesto.
Un hotel de nivel internacional en Colonia, los servicios e instalaciones son del nivel de una Hotel All Inclusive, pero en la cercania de la ciudad, con la tranquilidad del campo.

Overall OK experience when considering room, nice view, good breakfast and quiet environment..
A couple of minus points:
When you check in they want you to wear a wrist band!! I refused this, like being at some Disney Land child resort, very silly and unprofessional.
The parking lot is a disaster, full of potholes and large puddles of water. Very bad condition for such an expensive resort.
The in room air conditioner is centrally controlled, the fan is automatically set to high and is very noisy, impossible to sleep with that sound. We turned of the A/C in order to sleep.
The bathroom has glass doors to the shower and toilet areas, both doors not fitted correctly.
Would I stay again, definitely NOT

La piscina climatizada estaba fría. Y no pudimos disfrutarla.
La piscina caliente tenia el agua fria.
El lugar y el entorno muy lindo, lo rústico del hotel está fabuloso
Prácticamente no se pudo usar la piscina interna, el agua estaba fría y cuando entibió, no estaba como para los niños. Sabiendo con tiempo cómo estaría el clima y fin de semana del día de las madres, podrían haber previsto eso.

Habitaciones un poco antiguas, aunque bien mantenidas y limpias.
Muy buenas habitaciones con lo que solicitamos (cunita, duchero), desayuno excelente, la piscina cerrada muy buena, planta baja con cómodos sillones y estufa de leña. Y música en vivo
