El hotel en general está bastante bien, sobre todo las actividades y la tranquilidad que brinda.
Saqué 2 habitaciones, las duchas eran un DESASTRE el agua fría perdía presión y esto hacía que la ducha pasara de hirviendo a fría todo el tiempo, fue imposible bañarse bien. Cuando hice el reclamo me dijeron que no había ningún problema, una vereguenza la respuesta por parte del hotel, las habitaciones que me dieron estaban separadas por otras 4 y así y todo, las duchas tenían el mismo problema en las 2 habitaciones. Claramente tienen un problema y no lo quisieron reconocer. Lamentable.

En esta ultima estadía, el desayuno ha mejorado mucho en variedad, muy completo, no malo pero era mas discreto antes.
Obviamente el entorno muy bueno con la naturaleza en su máximo esplendor.
Esta mejor organizado el tema limpieza de las habitaciones, no se si mas personal a cargo de ello o que cambio, pero esta vez el hotel estaba lleno y las habitaciones se acondicionaron ni bien salimos de ellas, siempre a nuestro regreso estaban listas.
Con huéspedes con 20 años concurriendo al hotel, como es mi caso, deberían considerar el precio a la hora de cotizar una estadía, obtuve mejor precio en Booking que en el mismo hotel...
El servicio del loby bar es bueno, pero la demora en servir lo solicitado es eterna, no es un problema de ahora ya viene desde hace mucho tiempo, no pretendo que sea super rápida ya que estamos en un clima de descanso, pero tampoco que uno se aburra de esperar...

La gastronomía, la calidad de los alimentos, el café, las instalaciones, la comodidad y espacio del salon en el desayuno.

El parking sin protección vehicular (techos o aleros para sol e inclemencias del clima).
Poco espacio para maniobrar.
Tuvimos que esperar 1 hora en las instalaciones, ya que la habitación no estaba lista al momento del check in.
El agua caliente de la ducha demoraba 5 minutos literal en salir, generando un gasto innecesario de agua potable.
El extractor del baño no funcionaba, así como tambien la luz del techo del dormitorio.
Las papeleras no tenían bolsa.
Al momento del servicio de limpieza, la cama fue un "estirado de sabanas".
Todo impecable.
