Para um Hotel 5 estrelas, suas instalações estão muito mal conservadas, tapete precisando ser trocado, móveis do quarto e restaurante antigos e em estado desgastado!
Não houve ajuda com as malas quando chegamos.
Café da manhã bem mediano e ainda cobravam pelo omelete, nunca vi isso num Hotel 5 estrelas e ainda mais da rede Sheraton! Não recomendaria
