El desayuno está muy bien, completo y rico. Solo que el café no es bueno.
El hotel está limpio y cuidado en general.
Las habitaciones son cómodas pero se siente mucho el ruido del pasillo.
Tendrían que tener un poco más en cuenta los horarios de descanso de los huéspedes que a eso vamos. Domingo 17 hrs limpiaron los vidrios de la habitación con palo largo con un escobillón en la punta que lo sostenían desde planta baja haciendo mucho ruido, cuando íbamos a dormir la siesta.
Al otro día a las 8.30 am se pusieron a cortar el pasto.
Todo es excelente!!! El personal súper amable y servicial, mucho verde y un descanso increíble.
Estaría buena una piscina para niños exclusivamente, cambiar los colchones para que sean las rígidos.

El tema de traer las toallas de la habitación. Y tener que bajar a pedir las batas. No sería mejor tenerlas ya en la habitación? Y que haya toallas en el sector de piletas? Solo sugerencia
Y otra sugerencia es organizar la comida para que no tarde tanto! Igual lo pasamos relindo!
El predio del hotel dentro de un emprendimiento con extensas zonas naturales (selva ribereña) y acceso a playa son un sueño.
Los productos de repostería y panificados podrían mejorar.

La piscina templada.
Un desastre que te cobren 350 dólares 1 noche en un 5 estrellas y no te den una cama por persona. Éramos 3 y dormimos en 2 camas. Las bicicletas viejas y sin frenos. 70 dólares de impuestos. El desayuno muy bien pero el café era de 4ta; ni en un hostalcito te dan ese café. El personal bastante seco para ser l hotel que debería ser. Un robo.
El personal es excepcional, muy buena gastronomía, instalaciones, todo!!!
