Cons:

Water from the air conditioner dripped outside the bathroom door all night. I wasn't aware of it, and when I went to the washroom, I slipped; I even recorded a video of the situation. I lodged a complaint at the main desk in the morning, and I was told to have breakfast first, after which they would arrange a room change. The ridiculous part was that when I returned to the room, I found it hadn't been changed. I had to go back to the desk to complain again, only to be told, "Sir, we'll get it done in a little while." I felt compelled to write this because it is the management's responsibility to ensure staff are properly briefed on how to treat guests. Having to complain about the same issue a second time is truly embarrassing.
