Usta Park Hotel

I had a reservation as a family but due to the snowy weather conditions I needed to cancel and reschedule my trip. I have called the reception for 3 times in different times and in all my calls it was told me that they will reschedule my reservation and phone back. But nobody called me. As I guessed the return flight was cancelled due to snowy weather. However I could not had a phone and surprisingly they send me a link to rate my stay. They are not aware that I did not enter the hotel. A bad experience.

Probably your best choice downtown, right across from the square, convenient to everything, yet absolutely quiet. Rooms updated and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and ample and served on top floor with wonderful sea view. We arrived early and they gave us our room at 9 a.m. Many good coffee shops, restaurants nearby. Consider booking directly. The rate in effect at the time we checked in was lower than I got on Booking.com The Tourist Office on the square has excellent printed info in English and a man there who speaks excellent English.

I booked 2 triple rooms for 3 nights in this hotel. Excellent location, few meters away from Meydan, a viral area where all shops, restaurants and cafes opened till midnight.
Spacious rooms, all amenities like safety box but not functioning, A/C, TV again not working, Wi fi is perfect in lobby and very week to zero in rooms. Wonderful breakfast with a chance to feed gull birds. Towels will not be replaced unless you request, it happened 2 times in 3 nights.

Stayed here 2 nights in April 2022 , part of a tour around northern and eastern Turkey. A pleasant hotel in a really good location.Staff very friendly and helpful.

Typical reasonably maintained 3/4 stars hotel in the heart of Trabzon with friendly staff and very good breakfast... Black Sea view from my room 613 was really relaxing and the room was good for one person maybe for honeymooners also.

Walking distance to almost every important city centre locations and shops. Even a walking distance to Forum Mall 2.5 miles ( if you love walking) and you can always come back with a minibus ( Dulmus) for 35 cents (2.5lira)

Mattress is ok but pillows can be better

I stayed a day prior to the end of my first covid19-period trip along the Black Sea area. The hotel was quiet - understandable that June 2020 was the new-normalisation so not a lot of travelers, super clean with hand disinfectant available in several corner of the hotel. The towels are wrapped in clean plastic transparent bag.
The breakfast room is located on the upper floor with sea view and the sea birds waited for some bread (and cheese) too :-)

The property need to re-varnished the furniture is very old

He asking me about third card , and i told him in the Electricity card in room , and he asking to bring it from room or pay 30 TL, and told me if you don't like don't stay here again 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

They gave us rooms as soon as possible, the rooms are nice and with clean sheets and towels. The landscape of the rooms are perfect, in addition the location of the hotel is great, so we had lots of fun those days... The staff were very polite and the hotel's services are good... The breakfast was acceptable for a 4 stars hotel and restaurant has a great view...

I got in around 0200 and there was a pleasant desk clerk to welcome me. Good location and lovely staff and one worker even showed me the secret terrace on which to indulge in a cigarette. Nice buffet breakfast. I would go back.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights last August and it was very nice with great convertible room. Service was very nice and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is in the Top floor of the hotel where you can have food with great view to the Sea.

I recently visited Trabzon in May with my family and booked our twin bed rooms at Usta Park Hotel.

The hotel itself was nothing out of this world. The rooms were just ok, so to say. We can say the basic necessities were there, but it wasn't a cosy place. Overall, it had a rather old, dead feel to it. However, their complimentary morning breakfast had a good, fresh variety of breakfast essentials and the staff was generally helpful.

The best part about Usta Hotel was its location. It is perfectly located next to Trabzon Meydan and one can easily take a stroll and explore the shops, cafes, restaurants nearby besides praying at the nearest mosque.

Usta Park has the best location near to every thing u need. room was clean with comfortable beds but it was very tight. food was very good and they have a very nice and clean restaurant with a really nice view.
