We enjoyed the convenience and space to relax and unwind after a busy day working at the Show
Pros:

spacious living area and all conveniences like washing machine and kitchen
Lovely pool we enjoyed on first night when we were available
Easy walk to the tram for a trip to Pacific Fair

Pros:

Central location to surfers paradise

Cons:

A bit dated and if you are a resort isn’t it normal to replenish items like coffee sachets, toilet paper etc?? The outside tiles on deck were leaking waste? Or something weird and the tile were broken dangerous for tripping which is a hazard.

The location is good, right near public transport. There was all the facilities in the room required for our stay

Cons:

I thought it was a bit rough, that if I needed more toilet paper or a new rubbish bag or soap, or even a couple of extra tea bags etc, I had to pay for it, especially because I was staying for 5 days.

No response to my emails in regards to refund, as my colleague only stayed for 1 week, (he had to comeback to Sydney due to medical issues) and we paid for 2. Until today i have not heard from Hotel.
