The Concierge Supervisor on shift was warm, welcoming, and engaged me in a genuinely enjoyable and informative conversation during my visit.
Es war nicht unser erster Aufenthalt in Trinidad und Tobago, aber das erste mal in diesem Hotel. Das Hyatt war genau die richtige Entscheidung für den Zweck unseres 3-tägigen Aufenthaltes. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Toll der Infinity Pool und die Aussicht von dort, sehr entspannend um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Poolbereich war bis 20 Uhr Abends geöffnet, klasse!
Was mir immer wieder auffällt, es könnte bessere Haar Fön geben, aber das ist in allen Hotels in denen wir je waren, 4 und 5 Sterne Hotels gleich.

From the moment we arrived, Whitney, Kim, and Jeremy in the lobby stood out for their professionalism, warmth, and genuinely welcoming presence. Each interaction with them reflected a high level of attentiveness and care that truly enhanced our overall experience. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable, informed, and valued throughout our stay.
It’s not often that you encounter a team that consistently delivers such a seamless blend of efficiency and hospitality, but these three individuals did exactly that. Their positive energy and dedication did not go unnoticed and made our time at the hotel even more memorable.

We had a fantastic stay as usual. This is the best hotel in Trinidad and Tobago hands down. The dayshift supervisor Angélique always goes above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. All staff greeted us by name it is definitely our home away from home.

I have been frequenting the Hyatt Trinidad since 2007. Over this time, the hotel has consistently maintained a high level of service excellence. The rooms need a refresh/update, but the courteous and professional nature of the staff compensates for this.
The hotel is top-notch. I really enjoyed my stay; the ease of access to the conference center was a much-welcomed benefit.
The hotel is good but service and internet connection can be better, the price is very high so is the minimum that you can expect
Great service and atmosphere. Staff was pleasant and always willing to answer questions. Good Trini food and if you want something a little different, just ask.
