Enjoyable Easter Family Experience with Opportunities for Improvement
Pros:

My daughters and I visited Hyatt Regency Trinidad to participate in the advertised Easter activities. While we appreciated the effort to create a fun, family-friendly environment, the activity space became quite crowded since all age groups were in the same room and supervision seemed limited.

As a vegetarian family, we also found the dining options somewhat limited and experienced long wait times during breakfast and dinner due to the busy holiday weekend.

That said, the initiative to host family Easter activities is commendable. With a bit more planning for larger crowds, clearer age-group activity areas, additional supervision, and a broader vegetarian menu, the experience could be even more enjoyable for families in the future.

Easter Vacation 2026
Pros:

Our stay was very enjoyable, particularly during the Easter period, when there were numerous well-organized activities for children. The check-in process was smooth, and we were assisted by a young, tall, slim lady who was exceptionally warm, kind, and welcoming, which set a positive tone for our visit.

I would especially like to commend Ms. Lucky, who worked as both a waitress and coffee bar attendant. She provided outstanding service throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile. She made us feel very welcome each time we visited the coffee bar and also served us during dinner in the lounge. Notably, despite attending to many guests, she remembered the names of the children in our group and addressed them personally while serving their meals, which was a thoughtful and impressive touch.

Our room met all expectations, and we experienced no issues during our stay. Additionally, when we requested extra bedding (blankets), it was delivered promptly within 5–10 minutes, even during the busy Easter period, which we greatly appreciated.

One area for improvement would be the service in the breakfast room. On several occasions, the staff appeared unfriendly and somewhat disengaged, which detracted slightly from the overall experience.

That said, this did not diminish our overall impression. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return in the future.

Epic!!!
Pros:

My room experience was amazing, especially the ocean view … loved it!!! I also loved the experience of being in the vip lounge. The breakfast, the welcoming warmth and service of each member of staff was amazing. I also most complement the dedicated receptionists and vale’s assistance. Well done Hyatt!

My first time staying here and it might be my favorite hotel now.
Pros:

Everyone made me feel very welcome. Housekeeping was responsive and positive to interact with. Just having a great attitude, which I saw as professional for hospitality industry.

Cons:

I had no issue during my stay.

Awesome time in Trinidad

Please include more realistic pictures of your beds
Pros:

Clean, good facilities, pool area for kids

Cons:

I selected it because it showed the 2 double beds for 2 adults and 2 kids and in the picture they looked big. But the actual room had much smaller beds and it was not comfortable sleeping.
