Pros:

very quick check in process, my server Whitney was really marvelous, the allowed us to check out at 13:00 without additional cost

Cons:

the elevators took some getting use to where you needed to select your floor before you enter and you needed to get into the correct elevator

Hyatt Regency Trinidad truly has the most amazing staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth at the front desk by a wonderful young lady named Sharéz. She went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The breakfast team was, in one word, amazing. A heartfelt thank you to Addanah, Amanda, and the supervisor, Angelique. The level of attention and care we received from Addanah and Angelique left us in awe—their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality made such a lasting impression on us that we didn’t want to miss a single breakfast. Angelique was especially attentive; after hearing a small concern we had, she immediately connected us with Bridget at the front desk to ensure it was addressed.
Bridget was extremely attentive and made sure everything was handled smoothly, ensuring we were well taken care of and comfortable throughout our stay.
To the dinner staff, a special thank you to Jer/Jeremy—such a sweetheart and an excellent waiter. And finally, thank you to Mr. Aaron Paul, who took the time to personally check in with us and ensure everything was going well. What truly stood out was that no matter the department, every staff member was willing to help and coordinate with others to make sure our stay remained as comfortable as possible.
Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. I will be returning in March and will definitely be choosing the Hyatt Regency again.
