Clean and comfortable
Pros:

While the accomodation is basic, it was clean and comfortable. With the block on a hill and our room on the top floor, we had great views over the city and of the sunset. Staff were helpful - we left a puffer jacket behind and got a call letting us know. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend.

Cons:

Shower head on the low side - just a minor quible.

Really bad with stinky carpet and dirty stains with hard to spend 1 night
Pros:

Location was the only good factor

Cons:

Outdated property but it has dirty carpet and really bad smell inside apartment. Not cleaned or maintained well. Sofas had stains on them as well.
It needs full renovation. Carpet is so stinky. For the money they charged this property is really bad. I would never stay here again and I will not recommend it to anyone also. please spend your money somewhere else. If you are charging premium prices for a property it should be maintained and cleaned accordingly.

Good property, good stay. A few little tweaks needed.
Pros:

Room was fine - I loved the little balcony - and bathroom was great. Cleaning / room staff were delightful and very helpful. Having City park and the aquatic centre so close was great.

Cons:

Wi-go didn’t reach my room (lady on Reception told me this was a regular thing). Reception staff in general could have been more welcoming / approachable.

Pros:

This was a decent budget motel which met our need for a three bedroom apartment for one night. While a bit dated, it was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Location, walking distance to CBD & City Park.

Cons:

That the GPS couldn't get us to the accommodation, it keep sending us around the block - the 3rd time we rebelled & went a different way.

OK for what we needed
Pros:

The property was close to city so was quite convenient.

Cons:

When we first arrived, we found that 2 bedside lights in the 2nd bedroom weren't working. Reception wasn't open until next morning, so we went without & just shifted a few around. I would have thought that this would have been checked prior to our arrival

Excellent central location with quiet rooms.
Pros:

Great central location, private beer garden, lovely bath in the room, very quiet (unlike other places we stayed) and clean and comfortable. Most importantly, was affordable for us!
