A very good stay at Adina Apartments. Central location, helpful staff, spacious apartment, clean.
Pros:

Check in easy, good communication prior to stay, clean, comfortable at a central location, we had a car, friendly, helpful staff.

Pros:

Lovely staff everything was good except I would have liked a little cafe onsight or nearby. On a public holiday is was difficult to find one open and walking back up York St was a bit hard at my age. Thats my fault I guess I should have thought in advance. Very comfortable bed and room.

Leaking shower, water all over the batroom floor 24/7. The shower was not up to par. Very poor hot water and the shower head could not move so we had to shower leaning against the wall.

Disappointing.
Cons:

Apartment was dated. Carpet was stretched and stained. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling in bathroom and kitchenette. Door frame in bathroom was rusted. No liquid soap in shower, just mixture of shampoo and conditioner. Internal door between rooms was filled with piece of foam, but could still hear noise from next door. Generally grimey and not clean. As soon as we entered receiption area a strong smell cigarette smoke hit us. Receiption staff member generally uninterested in us or providing tourist information.

Still an enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Located on the 3rd floor with a balcony a magnificent view over Launceston at night with all the lights good during the day as well.
You can walk to Woolworths if you only needed a few items easy walk to town.

Cons:

Door on bedroom didn’t close.
Noisy bathroom exhaust fan.

Disappointing room
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was nothing like the photos on booking.com The scrren doors on both doors didn't shut properly so you couldn't lock them. There was a constant noise that sounded like electrical wires faulty. There was fire stains on the wall in the bathroom. The shower head leaked. The room was very out dated, the photos on booking.com look like it was very new and modern but it was the complete opposite.
