Pros:

Очень хорошее расположение, хороший завтрак.

Cons:

Сантехника старая, разболтанная. Были в марте , погода была очень теплая, батарею в ванной нельзя было отключить. Было душно когда приходили с улицы, потом проветривали и было нормально.

Very bad receptionist angry little man

The property is very close to the public transport, which is very good. The breakfast was also good and the bed was comfortable and clean.

For where can I start? When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with angry, elderly men as receptionist. We arrived at 10:30 AM and asked if our room was ready and if we can do an early check-in, he told us that we need to pay additional €10 even though the room was ready and no one was using it. OK fine fair enough, but when we came to do the check-in at 6 PM We realize that we didn’t have a TV remote and asked the receptionist for it and for additional pillows. The first thing that the receptionist told me was no one is working now in an angry voice there stopped working at four. I tried to stay calm and told him OK don’t worry if you can get the remote tomorrow. It’s not a problem however, the pillows we need them today or else we’re going to sleep comfortably. He didn’t say anything and we’re just left .when we wanted to ask a question to him, he told us wait in an angrily way and told us to sit down and we had to wait. Needless to say I had to calm myself cause I didn’t want to escalate it into a bigger problem than it was, but prepare yourself for this man if you’re going to stay in this place. when we came back and there was another receptionist, young man. He was very good. He was friendly educated, and he helped us to find out what there is in the vicinity of the hotel. However, I have noticed that the elderly man lives there, and I could see him looking at us talking to the new receptionist. The new receptionist was very kind asking him for the pillows and told us that I already did and apologies that we have to wait for the remote until tomorrow. I said it’s not a problem. Basically the receptionist which I think is the owner is, I think the angriest little man I ever saw in my life and it’s a pity because it’s a nice hotel and to be welcomed by him ruins the experience of a lovely hotel

su ubicacion es excelente
Pros:

excelente ubicacion, con todo muy a mano, el metro esta a 50 metros y desde alli se puede recorrer toda la ciudad, los puntos importantes en la parte de pest, estan cerca, con ganas de caminar te lo recorres todo, el desayuno abundante, si note la falta de fruta quizas, la habitacion espaciosa al igual que el baño, todo correcto.

Cons:

quizas sea la forma de ser de cada uno , pero falta mas simpatia en la gente de recepcion, saludabamos los buenos dias y no habia respuesta, muy serios todos, nadie habla ni siquiera una pisca de español, las almohadas son demasiado finas, y no habia sabanas, solo un cubre colchon y un edredon individual

Eccellente per la posizione e rapporto qualità prezzo.
Pros:

Posizione ottima! A 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro linea 1 che un 5 minuti ti porta in centro. Quindi la posizione è la cosa migliore per me

Cons:

La stanza era pulita tutto sommato ma durante le pulizie la mattina, cambiavano solo gli asciugamani e il letto ma la carta igienica solo 3 rotoli per 4 giorni di soggiorno e non li hanno rimpiazzati, cuscini scomodi, coperte piccole ma per il resto rapporto qualità prezzo ci sta. La colazione c’era solo l’essenziale niente di che. La cosa bella è la terrazza al piano di sopra dove si vede tutta la vista molto bella. Comunque lo consiglio se non si è molto pretenziosi.

Pros:

Emplacement central avec métro et bus à proximité mais possible d’aller à pied. Rue calme, hôtel peu bruyant. Salles de bain spacieuses et lits confortables.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner reste un point d’amélioration : vrai beurre et un peu plus de sucré

Pros:

Das Zweibettzimmer ausreichend groß. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück war auch toll. Die Lage ist okay, U-Bahn Station gleich in der Nähe.

Cons:

Leider kein Keyless System, man muss immer einen Schlüssel mitnehmen.
