Pros:

Great location next to Bangla Rd and on the beach. Walking distance to everything. Feels like a jungle oasis in the heart of the madness. A little dated but great value.

Very pleasant
Pros:

Lovely place, clean, comfortable bed, desk with vanity mirror and chair. Settee and TV. Set in tropical gardens with a pool and sun loungers.
Good position across the road from the beach. Next door to Bangla road.
Downside couldn’t disturb outside as it was humid and damp due to over hanging trees, but like a jungle. Aircon too loud so had to switch it off to sleep, Not soundproof so Bangla road kept you awake if you weren’t out partying.
The restaurant was excellent and the seafood very good

Overall, the property was pretty. However, the beds were ROCK hard and the room was dated and very noisy until 3+ am.

Bring earplugs, but otherwise a decent place.
Pros:

Location is both fantastic and a bit terrible. The proximity to the beach and to food and shops is excellent, however the fact that it backs up against Bangla road (walking street) is a huge noise issue. Earplugs should be provided in all rooms as a standard to help with the level of noise from that street. The mattresses also need an update, as they are VERY firm. The pool is small but lovely, the grounds during the day are very nice and breakfast is very reasonable. We have stayed here several times over the years, and the prices have continued to go up, but improvements such as better mattresses or more soundproofing have not been made, which is more of an issue at the increased price than it was when it was a more bargain priced place to stay.

Great location and staff is really helpful, if you want to be close to the entertainment and the beach this place is for you. Just as an FYI due to the closeness to the main entertainment street, you can hear the music from your room but is nothing crazy, however, if you are too sensitive to noises this place might not be a good fit.

The hotel is good nice pool ,,rooms are good,restaurant excelent,,cleaning room every day ...the only black point is the location beside bangla road is a lot noise i dont care about noise but in this hotel ia for sleeping after 4pm before imposible....anyway i have nice time by the way.

Pros:

The hotel is decent, but the pictures make it look a lot better. I stayed in the standard room which was right next to heavy construction which they were doing thru the night. Not the hotels fault but should let the customers now before hand.

If you get a standard room make sure you check in early or you will get the smallest room with no balcony and a wet bath.

It is extremely close to the bars so if you have a hard time sleeping through loud music then this would definitely not be the place for you.

Lovely room overlooking the beach. Spacious room. Hard bed. Lovely balcony. Great restaurant onsite. However very loud band playing down the street until 2am. Even with ear plugs hard to sleep. Definately a party town. Perfect location for walking to everything.

Great place to stay if you are looking to party . Centrally located by Bangladesh street party town. Loud music till dawn. I enjoyed walking to all restaurants and shops. Rooms can a bit cleaner. Overall it was good.

Pros:

Patong is very busy and very loud, but this felt like a secret garden in the middle of all the madness. Just be sure to go out for at night, because you will not be able to sleep early. That aside, it is a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
