Seahorse Deluxe Hotel

We booked on expedia, the room we booked and the room that was given on arrival did not match, they have multiple photos of different rooms for the one option which is misguiding. When we arrived we tried to tell the lady about this but it took us a few times for her to understand and then she offered us the room we had originally booked but by this point we were turned off and ended bokking else where. The rooms wernt very appealing either, everything looked quite out dated in person but the photos made it look much better. It was a shame we didnt get refunded as thr mistake was on their behalf. The photos definitely look better then the actual place.

It was really dusty and smell like that too .property didnt looked after well

the only thing to like about this property was the pool. most other people on the complex were other workers from hotels using it as bed sits. with bunk beds with overcrowding rooms

We didnt bother staying there was a very bad smell and there was no way I could sleep in that smell so we lmhanded back the keys and checked out within 10 minutes

Dreckig schlechtes personal anstatt 3 zimmer haben wir nur 2 bekommen

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, aber es hat uns gereicht. Der Zustand der Poolanlage schaut gut aus, nur die Zimmer waren eine reine Katastrophe.
Die Toilette im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Die Armaturen waren alle rostig und verschimmelt. Die Küche waren mit einem Fettfilm überzogen. Bei der Couch hat ein Fuß gefehlt und das Bett hatte hunderte Flecken, woher die kamen will ich gar nicht wissen. Wir haben gleich in der Früh ausgecheckt.

Außenanlage und Pool sehr schön, aber die Zimmern sind extrem schmutzig und abgenutzt.

Frühstück ist definitive nicht zu empfehlen, da dies extern geliefert wird und dadurch Eier, Pommes und so weiter alles kalt und nicht zum genießen ist!

otel dısardan bakınca güzel fakat cok bakımsız. banyo da düzgün sekilde temizlik yapılmamıştı. yatakların iki yanında ikişer toplam da 4 tane priz var hiç biri calışmıyor. otelin özelliklerinde mutfak gerecleri oldugu yazıyor hiç biri mevcut degil. calısan tek şey buzdolabı. mutfak lavobasından suyu actık oda su oldu akıtıyormuş. otelin tek güzel yanı otopark sorunu olmaması.

Bekkentimi karşılamadı...

Les chambres sont sale, encore des poils aux sol, pas de rideau dans la chambre, tout le monde vous voit de l'extérieur, pas de Wi-Fi, piscine crade on voit même pas le fond, la cuvette de wc non fixé, on avait peur de la cassé, pas de service de chambre, vous devez nettoyer vous même la chambre, on vous change même pas les serviettes, vous devez acheter vos papiers cul, frigo ne fonctionne pas et j'en passe....

un hotel pile pour faire des vacances en famille, le personnel super sympa toujours la pour nous je recomande

Çok yorgun olduğumuz için tek gece kalıp yatıp uyuduk. Her yer temiz görünse de kirli hissi olur ya genel olarak. Öyleydi banyo vs. Bir de klimaların sıcağını üflediği bir merdivenden asma kata çıktık. Odadaki klima da tuhaf çalışıyordu. Bir daha kalmayız.

music from poolbar nearby (in front of appartment) until midnight was very annoying (and in fact completelly useless- nearly nobody was lisening)

Otel girişimizi yaptik cocuklu aile olarak kucuk olmasına ragmen en ust katta yer verildi onuda gecelim temizlik odalarda sifir tabak canak var dedıler hiçbiri yoktu tv çalişmiordu banyosunda jakiuzi var calişmiıor sohben suyu cok az gelıordu kısacası havuzu goruntudu vardi baska birsey yoktu ilk tatil maceramiz biraz sıkıntılı oldu ama .tercube edılmiş oldu ön tarfdaki odalar gayet guzeldi

Berbat ötesi ..1 gece kalamadık odalar inanılmaz eski ve pis .. banyo wc tam fiasko !

tuvaletin taharet muslugu çalışmıyordu,buz dolabı çalışmıyordu,televizyon çalışmıyordu söylesenizde ilgilenen yok bir buz dolabını değiştirdiler.oda sivrisinek kaynıyor hiç bir gece uyuyamadık.temizlik eğ işte...

Güzel bir otel fiyatı uygun,

Hiçbir şekilde temizlik hizmeti verilmedi. Havlular ve nevresimler değiştirilmedi. Mutfak eşyaları çok az ve neredeyse kullanılamaz haldeydi. Hiçbir temizlik malzemesi yoktu.
