Cons:

We had specially requested (at the time of booking) to make available some vegetarian dishes in the breakfast. we stayed there for five days (which is much more than what people stay in five star hotels) and only on one day we were provided a vegetarian dish. A five star hotel of your repute should be aware of the fact that just providing salad, fruits, bread and cereal is not enough for anyone who is making a special request for vegetarian food. And it was unlike 'Japanese Hospitality' to not to address this issue during our entire stay.

お掃除が行き届いていてとっても気持ちよく過ごせました✨
景色も最高

ベッドも寝心地が良くとてもリラックスできました
11時までゆっくりできたのもとっても良かったです。

これは改善は難しいかもですが
残念だったのは
バスタブのところにシャワーがなく
シャワー室が別だったこと

今回、右手が麻痺、足も力が弱くなっている母との宿泊で体や髪を洗ってあげるのがとても大変でした。
私たち自身もシャワーがバスタブサイドにあるととてもはいりやすいので
それだけが残念でした

食事会場について
Pros:

部屋の広さ、シャワーブースが便利

Cons:

食事会場に安ぽいママゴトに使う様な食器がある。あれは撤去した方がいい食器洗浄機にも使えそうにないくらいだと思うヒルトンのイメージが悪くなる。デザート的な物が果物くらいしかない。トレーが小さく皿を1枚くらいしかない乗らないので不便だ。
