時間前の到着にも関わらずアーリーチェックインできた。

Cons:

高齢者連れのためエレベーターの閉まるのが早いと思った。
バスタオルが硬い(柔軟剤ほ問題？)。
朝食ブッフェのガラスコップが小さい(細い)。飲み物サーバーからの液体が周囲に飛び散る。

Very disappointed
Cons:

I was not very happy .
I went there mid tour to have a few days to chill and lay by the outdoor pool
The outdoor pool wasn’t able to be used until July .
We went in June
I would not have stayed there if I had known

PayPayドーム隣接の高級ホテル
Pros:

スタッフの対応が素晴らしかったです。
今回はPayPayドームであったライブに行くために宿泊しましたが、ホテルを出たら目の前にドームがあるので、帰りも混雑関係なく帰れます。
朝のビュッフェをいただきましたが、味も種類も完璧でした。

Cons:

シャワーヘッドがどうやってもカーテン側に向くので、使いにくかったです。
洗面所の蛇口も固く、力を入れないと上がらず、上がったらすごい勢いで水が出て、周りがびしょびしょになってしまいました。

Cons:

アジア人観光客が多いからしょうがないかもしれませんが、フロント近くのトイレが散らかっていた。製氷機の氷が散乱。
