Pros:

Location, room size and Japanese theme room.

Cons:

We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young children). Our options are:

1) Japanese western suite which has 2 twin bed + 2 futon bed 60sqm
2) Japanese suite which has 6 futon bed 70sqm

As I want all of us to sleep together on the futon beds, I paid more and chose option 2 (6 futon bed) although there are only 4 of us.

However, when we arrived we were told only 2 futon beds are available as kids stay are free charged. We need to pay 2 more futon beds for the children at usd98/bed/night. So we ended up paying usd784 more for our stay.

We chose more expensive option suite with 6 beds instead of normal bedroom, shouldn’t all 6 beds be included in the room charge? If we were to stay in normal bed room (non futon) shouldn’t all the bed be already there. If they give free of charge stay for children but not the bed so where are they going to sleep on? This is something I feel that is not acceptable.

眺めの良い部屋で気分もあがりめ！
Pros:

予約の部屋よりグレードアップしていただき、広々として開放感を感じて凄く落ち着きました

Cons:

部屋の照明のスイッチの場所が最初わからなくて、消灯したくても少し明るく、戸惑いました
また、部屋全体の明かりがもう少しだけ明るくてもよいのでは？

Buen hotel limpio y desayuno variado, llegamos por casualidad ya que para donde íbamos nos cancelaron por un tifón.

Cons:

Me parece mal que un Hilton, con lo que cuesta te cobren por usar la piscina, eran más de 30 euros por habitación cada día por el uso de la piscina
