Very unpleasant stay due to the roaches.
Pros:

People outside their doors just hanging around.

Cons:

There were roaches. I just turned the light on from the bathroom and they started coming out.

Overall you can they are investing in the property. Great value compared to other properties nearby.
Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean. You could tell the property owner is taking care and putting money into the property.

Cons:

Side of town was sketchy. Fire alarm was missing.

As soon as we opened the door we saw tons of tiny cockroaches running across the floor, walls and bed. I lifted the mattress and saw tiny bugs that appeared to be fleas or bedbugs. The room smelled like raid. It was diagusting!!!! We immediately left and requested a refund and the owner has yet to repond! Stay away from this s hole

Don't stay here
Pros:

The AC was loud enough to drown out the sound of the tow company that was 24 hours operational next to our room.

Cons:

The floor wasn't swept or at least clean in our room. The bathroom had two roaches (water bugs). One in shower and one in sink. The T.V. didn't work for our room, which the staff told us at check in. He also told the same to the person who checked in ahead of me and behind me.

I was what I not expecting all of the broken equipment
Pros:

The check in clerk was friendly.

Cons:

The ice Machine was broken. The microwave in room 202 was broken. The pillows were dirty not the pillow cases. The sheets looked dirty or slept on.
