Great breakfast. Rooms are basic. Beds are very uncomfortable and decor and condition of rooms are in need of repair and updating.
No plugs in walls for charging phones etc. TV was vey outdated. Overall … needs work.

The hotel staff is awesome - everyone I encountered was so friendly and willing to help lil non polish speaking me. Lots of choices and great things to try at the breakfast! Helpful staff there too.

My hotel room door didn’t lock which left me uneasy as night, I even put a chair in front hahaha. My sheets came off one night and there was lots of old hairs on the mattress which gave me the jeebies. The pool is good enough, saunas are hot but kinda small. The jacuzzi is definitely a jacuzzi but it isn’t a hot tub so be prepared for colder than bath water.

The service and the people are amazing.
Some tightening up would bring this place back to life.

Quarto muito claro pela manha, falta cortina black-out, elevador nao atende as necessidades, vc precisa subir e descer escadas mesmo tendo o elevador, cafe da manha fraco.

Close to tourist attractions in Zakopane. Close to couple of convenience stores. No elevator for guest and many steps up and bit of walking at the hotel. Buffet breakfast good but better selections on weekend. Free ice available at reception. Reception personnel very helpfull Taxi drivers do NOT follow or use meter in Zakopane so definitely ask the driver if he charges by meter or just make up a price based on your destination which is always arbitrarily higher then would be by meter. The drivers are friendly but will rip you off for the ride if they do not use meter.Uber avaiblity scarce or not existent. So use taxi but insist on taxi using meter. If you need new towels in the room get the reception to instruct maid service to do so because it may not happen. The same applies to sheet changes otherwise they may change the sheets every 3 days only.
To me the room price a bit overpriced since you need to keep an eye on the room service yourself because things will not happen automatically. I have stayed for 3 days there.

A szálloda parkolás nem! ingyenes, holott az volt megjelölve…fizettünk, rájöttünk hogy hétvégén ingyen lehet parkolni, ez visszás volt, az ár, amit az “ingyenes” saját parkolásért kértek, nem volt olcsó, 20 zloty…nem esett jól. Egyebekben kiváló hely volt.

Everything ok, heater in the washroom didn't work

Location of this hotel was great- close to all main attractions. We had a small misunderstanding during check in, but later on the stuff was incredible helpful and nice! The room was clean and tidy, but it definitely needs some renovation. The worst part was the heating in the room- was so hot and the air was stuffy in the room.
Pool, sauna and jacuzzi were nice as well. Funny thing was also that when I asked if we are going to have a view on the mountains receptionist told us rather not, but we did had a view on the wonderful winter mountains. Best thing in this hotel was breakfast! Amazing!

Hotel fréquenté par des couples polonais 50-60 ans. Les chambres paires sont situées côté rue ( circulation) et les impaires côté jardin ( calme). Les chambres spacieuses sont classées selon des catégories : normal, luxe et extra. Les double vitrages ne sont pas acoustiques donc bruit côté rue, les salles de bain sont modernes ( cabine de douche et WC suspendu).La direction est affable et la réceptionniste serviable. La piscine ( elle est surveillée par instructeur)le sauna, le hammam et le jaccouzi sont très appréciables. Le petit dej est copieux et très diversifié.

Utmärkt läge, centralt ändå med vacker natur.

An easy walk to the city park, shops and restaurants but not in the middle of all the noise and crowds. Comfortable accommodations and nice breakfast buffet. We would stay again.
