Excellent location and amenities
The beds were VERY hard
The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and very clean, it smelled nice and clean in the hotel/room. Very pleased and would stay here again! We did not try the breakfast but it looked great.
The only thing and it wasn't the hotel's fault was when we arrived, the parking lot was completely full and had to park next door. Not a big deal, other hotel was close. Just didn't want to get towed or anything from the other hotel.
This property was SPOTLESS. I felt like I stepped into a new hotel. The room had nary a scratch or black mark on the walls. The interior was well decorated and modern. I love the fresh baked cookies when you check in. What a great touch. There is a nearby gas station and food offerings aren’t a far drive. I am glad we drove the extra miles after reading the scary Topeka hotel reviews. It was worth it. You can tell the friendly staff and owners care about your experience at their property.

Breakfast was fine. A good location. Food and gas and some shopping was fairly close to motel( within a mile or two.)
The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. None of the ice machines worked. If you needed water, soda, or snacks, you had to go tho the front desk on the main floor.
We chose this motel because it had received high ratings on cleanliness and friendliness. We were not disappointed. Front desk staff and breakfast room ( Susan) were all pleasant and helpful.
For a motel breakfast buffet, this one was well stocked with a variety of choices.

Breakfast each morning was amazing—kudos to the cooks for doing such a wonderful job! The check-in and check-out process was also incredibly simple and seamless.

The only thing I would change is the bed's were very firm, i perfer a softer bed, but that is just a preference.
The staff was great! The hotel is very clean. The breakfast was wonderful. We stayed 2 nights. The first night's room was facing the interstate, and it was very noisy. We moved across the hall for the second night, and the difference was night and day. I would strongly suggest, when booking a room, ask for a room that does not face the interstate. And, if you like bbq, Ogden's is the best! Far and away, the tastiest brisket that I have ever had! The owner, Jimmy, is a true gentleman.
The property looked new and clean. Breakfast was really good for a hotel breakfast. The orange juice actually tasted like orange juice, that is not true at many Hilton hotels. Staff was friendly. Value for our rooms was very good for a one night stop along they way during our trip.
The location by the highway and railway was noisy during the night. Staff had problems checking us in and out. We had paid for our room ahead of time on booking.com and that caused problems with our second room. The pillows were not very firm.
