Best Western Plus Huntersville Inn & Suites Near Lake Norman

It was dark around hotel and we passed it and had to come back. Parking was good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Extremely dirty lobby and room. Rooms floor was wet and stained, I couldn't even leave my bags on the floor or go without shoes. I also never received my deposit back.

Clean accomodations with plush bathroom towels, air conditioning that works, and staff that was friendly and attentive. My sole complaint is that the elevators were a bit "jumpy" at times with no accessible display of inspection certificates.

The first room was dirty, the second one had someone in it already. The desk clerk was amazing and upgraded my room to one with a jacuzzi after this. Didn't get to use it but room was very clean and citrus body products were provided.

Breakfast was good and steadily replenished. I would definitely stay here again. There is also a $100 deposit for incidentals that you get back

The rooms were very clean and hot breakfast every morning.

No washrags, fridge made loud noise, several outlets in the room did not work and outlets on lamp crackled when lamp was turned on.

Clean and comfortable. Tha room was just what we needed for a short stay. Plenty of places tobeat nearby.

Beds extremely comfortable, staff was pleasant, only issue was the bathroom door didn’t really latch but overall room was clean and comfy

The room was nice and clean. The area of town seems fairly safe and the hotels parking lot seems secluded from the main road enough that I didnt see a risk to my vehicle. Overall i had a nice stay.

Overall great stay. My only knock is that the only available parking is around back with ZERO lighting. Serious safety concern here. Also, i ventured out around midnight and returned shortly after to find I didn't need my key to gain access to the building. Oh and my sink stopper was stuck in the closed position.

The property was OK, but the toilet paper ran out while we were there and there was no extra. There was no tissues skimpy on towels. Expedia was our biggest problem because it never went through to the hotel but it went through my bank account and they couldn’t pull it up so we ended up paying for it again and I’m expected to get a return on my Expedia, which is not there of course

We stopped on our way from driving to Florida. We arrived around 1:30am in the morning. We called to let them know. Check in was quick with no stress.

After booking the hotel we read some of the horror reviews and were worried. We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. Staff were friendly and checked us in quickly.

Room was a little tired but was clean, beds were comfortable and we had no issues.

Breakfast was good. Eggs, Belgium waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, bacon, yoghurts, juice, toast, bagels, English muffins, fruit and cereal and coffee. It was a solid reliable breakfast. No complaints.

Would stay again as a quick stop on longer journey. We stayed in room 125 on the left side of the property.
