It was ok
Everything in the room was in poor shape and the bed was really bad
As soon as we entered the room, there was a terrible smell filled with the room, we then requested a room change and was told that the rooms were sold out. When we went back to the room, we found out the smell came from the food residue in the food disposal, obviously the room was not cleaned properly by the housekeeping staff. No manager on site in the night shift to take care of the situation like that, a neglected hotel, violating the public health code, very poor management.
Clean, comfortable, friendly staff
We chose this hotel because it is in close proximity to the Chubb Theatre, and we had tickets for a show. It is also right off the highway, which makes it super-convenient.
We LOVED it and can't wait to come back. We booked a suite with 2 bedrooms, which also meant 2 bathrooms... what a luxury! There was also a kitchen equipped with whatever we might need.
The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were clean. I love having a vanity in the bathroom to put my "stuff" on. (I've recently stayed in places that had pedestal sinks, and where do you put your toiletries?!)
Our room was at the end of a hallway and looked out over the local road. It was very quiet, which we appreciated.
We missed the breakfast, as it's only offered until 9am, but the staff at the front desk told us about a great local place (Tucker's).
Overall, we found this to be a great location and a real value. We'll be back!
Clean, quiet, kept up very well for an older building. Great breakfast options and friendly staff who helped us get in after 10:30 because of our delayed flight.
No complaints, though I spent less than 10 hours here.
We recently stayed at Residence Inn by Marriott in Auburn, Maine and we enjoyed our stay. We booked into Residence Inn by Marriott in Concord, New Hampshire for three nights. It’s a very nice suite with all the comforts of home. However it’s a very poorly designed building. Out our bedroom window you get a clear view of Interstate 93. Traffic noise starts around 2-3am and there’s no way to block it out. I played ocean sounds on an iPad the entire night close to where I slept. Highway noise could still be clearly heard the entire night. If you are a light sleeper do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Thank heaven tonight’s are last night.
Just not great., we have stayed at this hotel twice now the first time for a wedding and they had to move our room due to the room smelling like someone just cooked in it and the smell was very potent . Last night we stayed here again hoping it would be a good experience the staff was friendly , breakfast good but the hotel smells like old food I woke up thinking someone was cooking at 5 am. The beds were extremely uncomfortable .. very disappointed Will not be going back
The room was nice and clean. The pullout left a lot to be desired.
The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious! The front desk staff were very helpful. We had a wonderful stay. We’ll be back!!!
Friendly staff, clean rooms with plenty of space. Couch is a little uncomfortable, but not a deal breaker. The only issue we had was the extremely strong smells from others cooking in their rooms that weren't all that pleasant. This is not on the hotel though.
The location was easy to get to. The registration/check in process went smoothly and the staff was friendly. Slightly disappointed in the room, giant tear/hole in the carpet (living room area), towel racks falling off the walls bathroom), and shower water pressure was very weak.
Conveniently located. Could use a bit of a refresh. Most of the staff was lovely, especially those working in the kitchen area for the daily breakfast. They were wonderful.
I needed a late
