Великолепный отель с прекрасным расположением. Очень доброжелюбный персонал, готовый сразу помочь с любым вопросом (были удивлены насколько сотрудники открыты). Идеальная чистота в номере, уборка несколько раз в день. Премиальная косметика. Только самые позитивные эмоции от недели, проведенной тут.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Stayed here from 6/29-7/4. Everything was great and the location was excellent! The cleaning lady,陳小春, was very friendly and detailed. She let us feel like at home! We would definitely stay here again when we come back in the future!

Hotel grandioso, romantico e confortevole
Pros:

Hotel di lusso in posizione comoda per raggiungere il Bund e le vicine attrazioni nei quartieri limitrofi ed accedere alla grande viabilità di distribuzione della città (il trasporto con taxi è poi ridicolmente economico). Camera molto ampia, confortevole, magari capitata con vista diretta non eccezionale (area dismessa attigua). Letto sontuoso e comodo, bagno ampio. Colazione fin troppo varia, in un ambiente dispersivo e freddo, più che fresco.

Cons:

Per avere le bevande calde al momento della colazione occorre ordinarle ed il personale impiega parecchio a servirle (praticamente quando uno ha terminato la colazione) per i troppi clienti presenti e, talora, perché se ne dimentica. In reception sono gentili, ma il concierge trovato è risultato poco collaborativo.
