Pros:

Spacious and comfortable room, good location and nice staff.

Cons:

The building is a little far back from the bund, so the bund view is somewhat ruined by the not so pretty roof top view right below your eyes.

This is a beautiful hotel with great service and great location, with little glitches
Pros:

The breakfast was good, but the quality of the food seems to have declined in the last couple years.

Cons:

The hotel is older, the wiring and the switches have problems here and there. Also the appliances in the rooms are not checked daily. Such as our coffee maker does not work.
