quite expensive for what it was
It’s very comfortable and near the bund and Nanjing street. Very convenient.
A bit on the pricey side.
Everything from a clean room, good amenities, very diverse breakfast and very friendly staff. Inaldo like the location. So near Nanjing road and the Bund.

This is a suggestion. Being disabled I suggest support bars in the shower and toilet. But everything was very good. I will stay at this hotel again

Чистота, расположение отеля, вкусные завтраки, добросовестный персонал, большие номера и своевременная уборка.
Пару раз пришлось ждать в очереди завтрак и забывали про кофе.
This is sort of a weird half old/half new hotel. The old entrance opens onto the Bund area while the new entrance is around the other side of the block. The lobbys on both sides are fairly uninviting, nothing special at all. The room was very nice, the beds and shower were great. There is a walk-in closet with automatic lights, two sinks in the bathroom and a large tub. The worst thing was the door on the toilet area was etched glass - and not even completed etched at that - meaning that there was no privacy. In fact, it was so transparent that the automative toilet lid kept going up and down whenever I stood at the sink close to the (closed) toilet door. It almost got to be funny.
Housekeeping did a good job of keeping us well-stocked with bottled waters, but I never understood why they felt the need to throw away our homemade "do not drink the water" signs every day.
The view of the Bund from our room on the 15th floor was great. The elevators were fast. The people at the front desk spoke good English.
The food on the breakfast buffet was average - mostly Chinese, otherwise overcooked eggs, stale cereal and uninspired pastries. We ordered the eggs benedict and avocado toast one morning and weren't impressed. We went to the Long Bar off the old lobby a couple times. They offer snacks (nuts, olives, etc) from a cart along with your cocktail. There were never many people there, but service was always slow.
The stay was incredible, thanks both to the hotel facilities and, above all, to the concierge service, which was always there to help me whenever I needed it.
A classic breakfast with plenty of Western and Chinese options.
The restaurant served delicious food.
A fantastic room with a breathtaking view of the Pudong skyline.
