Enough said
Pros:

Room was clean and breakfast was good except no milk for cereal.

Cons:

Had to wait over 15 minutes to check because no staff in lobby. Normally not a big issue but had been on the road over 12 hours. Also no one in lobby during breakfast and when we checked out.

It was OK, but I was very disappointed about the room, not being cleaned for the whole day which was five days

Conveniently located around a lot of entertainment and attraction malls, and restaurants

Cons:

Staff was not engaging. Had to ask for towels beds didn’t get made or cleaned up. No one came to clean the hotel room for our whole stay which was five days. No one came to change the bedding and give us fresh towels. We had to ask for them. Nothing was done, except the garbage was taken out and we had to ask for that. Also, the cleaning staff couldn’t speak English. Exercise equipment was not working properly. Staff seem to not really care about us having a good experience or comfortable stay.

Overall a good stay. If you can ask for a room not facing the interstate because there is a lot of

Did not eat the breakfast.

Cons:

The fist room we were assigned to was not fully cleaned. One of the beds was unmade. We were given another room but then had to wait for the new TV box to be installed. The staff were friendly and apologetic and got things resolved quickly. However, when we tried to watch the TV in the evening, we had to unplug and then replug in the cable to the TV box. Every time we shut off the TV we had to do this.
