Nothing the property was good
The staff at the front desk was great his name started with a V he was cool and awesome
No hooks in the bathroom for our shower towels, tub was EXTREMELY slippery and you should have hand rails in the shower.
The location was great and the room was very comfortable. The staff I saw were very friendly.
Breakfast "hot" food was cold 2 of 3 mornings. No one at desk to check out, nor did they answer bell. Had to use key drop box which I don't like

Location and the hot breakfast
Tv did not work and they kept telling us it was because of the storm.tv in the lobby was working fine.
Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast with a cheerful host.
Holy cow. First it was difficult to get the door open. Both the keys I was given worked, but the door wouldn’t open, finally we were able to muscle it open, and I attributed it to one of the keys. Later when we went out for dinner and came back we just could not get into the room. I went down to the front desk and a rather snippy young lady advised me to put my shoulder into it to get the door open and made me New keys. I don’t really think 70 year-old people should be given a room where you have to put your shoulder into it to open the door. I actually think the problem was due to water damage that really is noticeable in the bathroom where the ceiling area is buckling and the wallpaper is peeling. The shower was another strange experience with the water getting scolding hot and then when you try to turn it down the dial actually moves back to hot. Again difficult for someone older. I guess the icing on the cake was a group of young people outside our window that made quite a racket for a while in the middle of the night and finally left.

The worst ever castomer service i ever seen not cooperative no answer for my question instead they pointing to others castomer service & lagging to ansewr, paid without service.
The beds were super comfy and the rooms were really clean. We didn't get to enjoy the breakfast (due to our morning plans) but looked really good as well.
We had a room next to the elevator. Some of the guests could be heard but luckily for us it was mostly quiet
