The breakfast is the only redeeming quality here.
Smelled like mildew and wasn’t clean. Our room had a very small window and the floor was flooded from the A/C unit. They wouldn’t switch our room or refund us because they said no other room matching our room type was available. Truly would pay extra anywhere else to not stay here.

The vegan sausage sucks. Please use real meat!
I didn't stay they didn't have any hot water I we ish y'all would update your system because I'm still waiting on my refund
I loved the staff! Alexis was an angel and did everything she humanly could to help me. It was just a horrible night between tornado warnings, switching rooms multiple times (again-the staff were lovely-they were only doing what they could to help), + a mix of other things I’ll talk to the hotel about privately.
I enjoyed the pool (although I didn’t get to swim in it). It looked lovely and warm. I was only there for a couple of hours before giving up and heading back to my house.
I’ll talk with the hotel GM about my issues, because I don’t believe the issues I kept running in to were anything housekeeping or anyone at that location could’ve prevented. The rooms/bathrooms/walls/carpets/etc. just needs upgraded, along with the mattresses and duvet covers needing completely replaced. It’s a miracle the staff is as lovely, kind, and patient as they are…they definitely save both Hampton Inn & Hilton (in my personal opinion). I’ve never not had a fantastic encounter with a staff member at any location. With that said, the rooms themselves are a different story. I have photos, but can’t bring myself to post them. I’m not trying to ruin anyone’s business, this was all solely based on the things I experienced last night that led me to go back home and check out early after trying two different rooms.
Lastly, with how expensive these rooms are after taxes / fees, I’m just mind blown at the lack of care from the higher ups with maintaining their businesses/buildings and especially their customers. They set the prices, therefore there should be no reason they don’t start caring more. That’s just my opinion, though. Hopefully everyone else had a lovely stay.
One more time - the staff is incredible and you will not leave without a smile on your face, regardless of whether you book a room there/stay there or not.
10/10 staff & easily the best staff of any company I’ve ever experienced.
Location
Price was double what I normally pay. And much higher than others around. Hot water was out, ac leaked on floor. Room was dated and really unimpressive. Bathroom door latch stuck and my wife had to open it from outside. For 200t a night.
Breakfast was great! We got our bellies full. Everything was warm and fresh
Not having hot water to shower that night.
No hot water for weeks. Hit or miss on breakfast.
The beds were comfortable and the room was clean
The shower did not have hot water so we had to take cold showers. The toilet had flushing problems and it’s terrible this happens with the amount of money they charge
Don’t get me wrong, the staff are GREAT. Our room didn’t smell nice when we arrived. Kinda like a former smoking room and dated. Very, very few plug-ins for all electronics. Room appeared clean, but found the floors and cabinet tops “sticky”. I wouldn’t write but nearly the same $$$ as the Homewood Suites we just stayed 5 nights in near Niagara Falls in Buffalo Amherst. So for $200 a night, I give a thumbs down.
Location was good, staff were friendly
No bar at hotel, the AC units are so loud, Loud enough to wake you up when the click on several times during the night
Very nice hotel and everyone was helpful and friendly
The price is a little high compared to other stays we had on our trip
