Delamar Southport

Perfect hotel for a dog friendly 5 star stay. Quiet, clean, wonderful staff and overall experience. The "Staycation" since I travel so much was a perfect location a few towns away to experience wonderful stay without the travel. I would highly recommend the Delamar to all travelers looking for a wonderful experience of rest and relaxation.

Tucked into the heart of Southport, CT this property is a hidden gem when visiting Fairfield area. The staff is pleasant and courteous and the hotel is well appointed with amenities and has fabulous, comfortable rooms.

Very pleasant stay with warm and inviting staff. Close walk to the Southport coast and to the train station. Very peaceful stay for a weekend visiting friends.

Fabulous hotel. Extremely clean!!! Breakfast is amazing. The rooms are spacious as well as the bathrooms. The staff is outstanding. My only gripes are the furniture in our room was old. The chairs (3 of them) were so old and worn down, it hurt my back to sit in them. The bed was too soft as well.

Comfy upscale hotel with beautiful rooms. Tasty and fresh breakfast buffet. They have a nice restaurant on site and a spa.. Close to highway, convenient location.

Absolutely perfect in every way!!! Beds were beyond comfortable. Room was great. Restaurant was wonderful and the entire staff were amazing!!!!

The beds were so comfortable, I didn't want to leave. I loved the robes and slippers. The Prosecco upon check-in was a nice surprise.

My family and I have stayed at the Delamar several times while visiting our daughter at Fairfield University. Every stay exceeds our expectations and is perfection! We would never stay anywhere else. The staff is warm and welcoming, service impeccable and the rooms are spotless and fabulous! Best of all is Artisan restaurant which is truly a culinary experience and which has become our favorite restaurant!! I really cannot say enough about the Delamar. It is a five star luxury experience without being pretentious. The Delamar is our home away from home and worth every penny. We are already planning our next trip. Thank you to the Delamar staff for making our stay more than just a visit!!

My family and I will
not stay anywhere but the Delamar while visiting our daughter at Fairfield University. We have stayed at this location several times and every stay is perfection. The staff is always warm and welcoming, service is impeccable and the room and amenities are 5 star. Best of all Artisan restaurant is truly amazing! This is now our favorite restaurant. We are already planning our next stay at the Delamar Southport and cannot wait to return to out home away from home. Thank you for a truly wonderful luxury experience!

We were welcomed upon arrival by a friendly, professional staff. Greeted with a glass of "bubbling" which is a nice touch. The property is lovely and very clean. The rooms are beautifully appointed, the breakfast buffet which is included in the price of the room was delicious and offered many selections to chose from. Before making reservations, I read reviews. If you want a quiet room, request courtyard facing otherwise there are rooms on the other side that apparently face I95 so it can be quite noisey I understand. We had dinner at the onsite restaurant, Artisan and it was very good. I would definitely visit again.

We have stayed here numerous times and are always pleased. The rooms are great and the service has always met or exceeded expectations.

Always a great experience. Rooms are very nice and always clean, the staff is uniformly pleasant and helpful, and the included breakfast is terrific (especially the pancakes!). Highly recommended.
