The best hotel ever!

They met us with open arms , as if we we family and it continued threw out our stay to the last goodbye I would highly recommend this wonderful hotel

The staff at Hotel Metropole in Taormina was outstanding & I cannot say enough good things about Marie, Lucia, Irene & Amber at the lobby desk. So appreciative of everything they did for my wife Michelle & I to celebrate our 25th anniversary! I will be recommending the Hotel Metropole to family & friends!

Staying at the Metropole Hotel was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a perfect location in Taormina. Their recommendations for places to visit both in and outside the town, as well as dinner reservations, were spot on. Truly a must-stay when visiting Taormina.

Beautiful hotel and great location! Only thing I would say is to make sure the air conditioning is functioning properly in the room, besides that we enjoyed every minute!

Hotel Metropole has the best location in the city centre in Taormina. We had a phenomenal stay and appreciate all Santino and Maria did to make it comfortable and memorable for our anniversary getaway.

Great rooms, great service specially from front desk staff, Angelique and Ambra…I think the best view hotel in all of Taormina and the drinks are just great…all in all a memorable trip!

Our hot water didn’t work.

I love this hotel so much. Our experience was one of a kind from the staff, to the views, to the food. I will be staying here again.

We spent our honeymoon here and the staff made our stay very special.

Really upsetting that a 5 star hotel doesn’t give the guests the ability to work their AC. They said that they weren’t allowed to activate the AC unit the end of the month. Told them they should have put that as a disclaimer when booking the room. The night before we left, AC was activated, so only got one night of sleep on the entire trip because the other nights were like sleeping in a sauna. No apology or any kind of hospitable offer to make it right.

The location, overlooking the Mediterranean sea was absolutely amazing. New Years Dinner at the hotel? Better Impossible.. but the best part of staying at the Metropole was the service, incredibly friendly, happy Staff, Kudos for Angelique and Giuseppina. Highly recommend staying at the Metropole!! Memorable stay in every sense of the word.

We booked a room with the hot tub on the balcony which on the first morning was beautiful, there were some storms whilst we were there and it didn’t appear the chemicals were adjusted accordingly. The water looked cloudy & we didn’t use on one of the days.
The storm also caused multiple power cuts during the night which made the wardrobe lights keep turning on & off.
Worst of all was a screeching noise in the paperwork in the walls behind our bed which started around 2.30am until we left the room at 6.45. Front desk could not do anything as there was no one on site, it was disappointing that the hotel did not offer us any kind of compensation for s totally ruined last night. We did reach out to them several times only to be ignored.

Brilliant hotel, with close proximity to all that Taormina has to offer. The views are incredible, but the staff are even better. Highly recommend

This was our second hotel in Taormina and it blew our first one away for the same price. The room was well designed and contemporary, and the amenities were first rate. There was a large terrace off the Lobby with a bar and amazing views over the water, another one floor down for breakfast, and another two floors down with a good size infinity edge pool. All of this combined with the central location make this hotel an excellent choice.
