Excellent
Pros:

I liked everything about this hotel: its location, our room, the comfortable bed, the accessible garage, and the cleanliness and quietness. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It’s very reasonably priced considering the amenities and excellent location it offers.

Gute Lage, hat aber leider in den Jahren sehr nachgelassen
Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war total dunkel. Überall stand gebrauchtes Geschirr. Es war leider keine einladende Atmosphäre - habe ich vor ein paar Jahren anders erlebt - Schade

Top Lage, schöne große Suite!
Pros:

Die Suite im 2. Stock war wunderschön. Panoramafenster zum einen zum Altmarkt und zum andern zur Kreuzkirche. Was für ein Ausblick, besser geht´s nicht. Die Suite ist zudem sehr geräumig mit einem Essbereich, einer Couch und einem schönen Schlafzimmer. Sehr großzügige Raummaße.
Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet um die schöne Stadt Dresden zu erkunden!

Cons:

Leider ist das Mobiliar teilweise etwas abgewohnt, was aber verständlich ist da nicht alle Menschen sorgsam mit gemieteten Dingen umgehen. Teilweise fiel uns leider an den Möbelfronten allerdings auch auf, daß diese nicht super ordentlich gereinigt waren, sie waren teilweise etwas „abgeschmiert“.
Der kleine Shop in der Lobby ist praktisch, die Preise sind allerdings überhöht (z.B.: 5,89€ für eine Flasche Bier aus dem Automaten).

Perfekte Lage, tolles Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt, sehr freundliches Personal und ein riesiges Zimmer

Cons:

Das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber die Musik beim Frühstück ist furchtbar und leider sind die Betten nicht fest zusammengemacht.

Ideales Hotel für Städtetour auch mit Hund.
Pros:

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet (gegen Aufpreis). Zimmer geräumig. Tolle Lage im Zentrum der Stadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Personal an der Rezeption und bei Frühstück sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. In der Bar hing es von der Person ab.

Cons:

Badewanne als Dusche ist nicht so angenehm.

Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Auf unserer Rückfahrt von der Ostsee hielten wir hier an. Das Hotel liegt in einer ausgezeichneten zentralen Lage. Die Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber ausgestattet, und das Bett war bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls angemessen und beinhaltete alles, was man sich wünschen konnte. Auch die herzliche und kompetente Begrüssung an der Rezeption soll betont werden.
