The best property in delhi and I consider the hotel as boutique
An absolutely exceptional hotel that exceeded all expectations. The decor is stunning, the service is impeccable, and the food is outstanding. The breakfast buffet is incredible, offering an excellent variety and quality. The staff are genuinely welcoming, attentive, and professional, making the entire experience feel special from beginning to end. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, making this hotel a true gem in New Delhi. I would highly recommend it and would happily stay here again.

The Leela Palace: un’esperienza regale, dove ogni dettaglio racconta una storia
Il nome The Leela Palace lascia già intuire cosa significhi soggiornare qui, ma la vera esperienza comincia ancora prima dell’arrivo. Ho ricevuto un’e-mail calorosa e personale, che mi ha fatto sentire atteso ancora prima di varcare la soglia.
Al mio arrivo, sono stato accolto con una benedizione, una collana di fiori e le note delicate di un flauto che risuonavano nell’aria, creando un’atmosfera quasi sospesa nel tempo. Un benvenuto insolito, autentico e profondamente suggestivo.
E poi, il palazzo. Perché il Leela Palace è davvero un palazzo: marmi splendenti, fiori ovunque, maestosi lampadari e preziose statue di Ganesh e Shiva. Ogni ambiente trasmette grandiosità, eleganza e un lusso che non ha bisogno di ostentarsi. Il servizio è impeccabile, il personale sempre sorridente e attento. Spesso, ancora prima di formulare una richiesta, qualcuno è già lì, pronto ad anticipare ogni desiderio.
Sono rimasto colpito dalle dimensioni della suite: una camera spaziosa, una scrivania imperiale, un minibar generosamente fornito e un bagno che sembra uscito da Le mille e una notte. Anche il più piccolo dettaglio rivela una cura straordinaria. Il nostro maggiordomo aveva sistemato i prodotti della nostra skincare con una precisione quasi geometrica, disponendoli in perfetto ordine simmetrico. Sono proprio queste attenzioni, apparentemente minime ma tutt’altro che scontate, a distinguere un soggiorno di lusso da un’esperienza davvero eccezionale.
La mattina seguente, a colazione, ho avuto l’impressione di assistere a un balletto perfettamente orchestrato: camerieri che si muovevano in sincronia, tutti preparatissimi, discreti e cortesi.
Eppure, tra tante attenzioni impeccabili, una persona è riuscita a lasciare un ricordo particolarmente speciale: Rahul.
Mi ha colpito per i suoi modi raffinati e per la naturale eleganza con cui mi ha proposto di scoprire alcune specialità locali.

はじめてのインド旅行なので比較できませんが、日本と比較すると４つ星レベル。とは言え、清潔感、ホスピタリティ、レストラン、全てにおいて素晴らしかったです。
唯一のマイナス点は水ですね。風呂、シャワー、蛇口からの水が完全に色付いてます。こればかりはホテルのせいではないのですが、、、その代わり毎日大量のミネラルウオーター瓶を備えてくれます。あと、無知かも知れませんが、事前予約ではなかった出費や部屋チャージがありました。具体的に、私は109,800ルピでの予約でしたが、チェックインの際に35%、40,000ルピのデポジットを請求されて驚きました。あとレストランでの特典15%オフ、チェックを見逃してしまい、これも失敗でした。スパ含め、施設を利用する際は実際の費用+αが発生する点にご注意を。
