Pros:

this is a very old hotel that needs some TLC. The bathrooms are way to small and need major overhauls. You can't clean something that has grout from the 60's. Carpet needs to be remove from the floors. Lock on door was hanging off with nails sticking out. It is very old chain lock.

Pros:

The room was clean, shower cleaning was not completed prior to my arrival . The room and sitting area was decent and the breakfast arrival exceeded any expectation.

Cons:

The shower cleaning seemed incomplete: the shower doors had water droplets that were not wiped off or dry. There were groups of other guests that were congregating out on the doorway/ stairway (in-between our room) of their rooms drinking, talking until three or four a.m.
The shower had mold in the ceiling and the gifted bar soap was not enough for two guests.

Amelia's Landing
Pros:

Pet friendly, easy location to get to, very clean. The room was alot bigger than I expected. The front office people are super nice and helpful! I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Pros:

I loved that she delivered our breakfast to the door. The room i stayed in was nicely decorated and the bed was super comfy. Very clean. Loved my stay.

Pros:

I liked that it was close to everything and it was affordable.

Cons:

The lock on the door looked it had been jimmied but never fixed, a roach was crawling around the room the first night I was there and the last night I stayed, I had no hot water to take a shower. There were dirty towels in the bathroom and the shower door was filthy.

It’s very affordable and the owners are nice.

The owner was a nice person and he printed out 3 pages for me

Cons:

Stayed 4 weeks and got 2 fresh towels and 1 roll of toilet paper. I bought my own plus wash cloths. No lounge chairs for the pool, they were broken and in a pile on the deck. The room refrigerator froze everything and ruined over $40 of my groceries. The walkways are uneven and I fell leaving the office.
