CARRELAGE DANS LA SALLE DE BAINS AVEC DES TROUS . QUALITE DES EQUIPEMENT VIELLISSANT;
From the moment I arrived as was so warmly welcomed to the minute I checked out, the staff was so friendly and helpful. That gave me a very good feeling all during my stay. The views from the room were just spectacular. What a great location to be in New York. I will definitely be staying there whenever I travel to New York City.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Soho, great views, lovely clean room and great service no matter what the hour.
I had such a great stay at ModernHaus SoHo and honestly didn’t want to leave.
My room was beautiful, and the view was unreal. Looking out at the New World Trade Center buildings each day felt genuinely memorable, especially at night. It’s one of those views that just stops you in your tracks..
What really made the experience, though, was the staff. Everyone was warm, kind, and genuinely helpful. Kristy and Jerome at the front desk took the time to offer thoughtful recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and things to explore, and their suggestions were spot on. Claude was always friendly and welcoming at the door, and Maria, the housekeeper on my floor, was incredibly kind in a way that made me feel truly cared for.
I felt looked after every night I stayed here, which isn’t something you can say about every hotel. ModernHaus has a great location, a beautiful space, and most importantly, people who really care. I would absolutely stay here again.
I’ve been staying at Modernhaus for many years. Every stay here is exceptional. The staff is attentive and thoughtful and they always go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of. The location is perfect and there’s no where else I’d rather stay.
We stay at ModernHaus Soho every year to celebrate our anniversary, and it never disappoints. The location is perfect, the rooms are spotless, and the staff and service are always exceptional. They truly go above and beyond to make our stay special, this year they surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco and delicious brownies, which was such a thoughtful touch. We always have an amazing experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Soho.
I have been there before and it was amazing
la habitacion esta bien, la ubicacion espectacular. un poco caro pero bueno, ny en si es caro. no utilice la pileta ni nada porque fui en invierno
el precio en si, pero la verdad que el cuarto estaba bien. una vista ok.
We booked the penthouse unit from Modernhaus SoHo to celebrate our anniversary. It was a fantastic experience. The room is super spacious with a great city view from all angles. The real gem of this room is the mattress that we must mention, a high end Hastens mattress. This stay seems the only chance we could experience the Hastens mattress for the entire night.
Friendly staff, very clean, convenient locations etc. Nothing you could blame. Whether you are traveling NYC for a short stay or looking for a special experience like we do, I would highly recommend this hotel.
To Hotel Management,
I’m writing because I asked someone from your team to call me back and never received a response.
I arrived at your hotel on Friday around 4pm, checked in, and received the room. About an hour later, my girlfriend arrived. I received a call from the lobby asking if she was with me, and I clearly said yes let her in. We spent Friday at the hotel and had breakfast together on Saturday. Everything was fine until last night.
She went out with friends while I some wine at The rooftop and then went to bed. She came back around 2am with her key, only then did the nightmare begin.
I have no idea why she was treated with such disrespect. She wasn’t feeling well, and instead of helping, the doorman was sarcastic, dismissive, and even laughed at her while she was visibly upset. No attempt was made to offer assistance no empathy, no basic human decency.
I want to understand: at what point did someone at the hotel decide she wasn’t supposed to be there? When I booked the room, was I expected to pre-register every potential visitor? She arrived just an hour after me, and I explicitly approved her entry during the initial call from the front desk.
What happened was deeply disrespectful and entirely inconsiderate. As paying guests, I can’t believe this is the way we got treated.
She had a key. I gave approval. And yet your staff hid behind vague “hotel policy” instead of exercising common sense. She was crying in your lobby while your doorman smirked and stood by. He didn’t even offer her a glass of water let alone a solution.
I can’t express how disappointed and hurt I am. This was supposed to be a special weekend. Instead, it became a humiliating and traumatic experience! one that very likely damaged my relationship beyond repair.
This is unacceptable.
Location- easy access to shopping and subway. View from the roof was fantastic. Breakfast room was very nice.
Room was small and the delux king did not have a chair and/or any place for your luggage. The restaurant was closed until October and the rooftop bar was closed one night for an event. Leaving no bars or restaurant! Room service menu was very limited and food was mediocre. Despite being on the 16th floor there was a lot of noise throughout the night. Mostly from the hotel rooms above.
