Doskonały hotel do zwiedzania miasta
Pros:

Hotel położony w centrum miasta. Położenie idealne do zwiedzania miasta. Już na wejściu widać byłu dużą dbałość o klienta. Personel starał się zaspokoić wszelkie oczekiwania gości. Na wejściu miły gest otrzymaliśmy po szklaneczce wody, co przy panujących temperaturach było zbawienne. Pokój przestronyy czysty wyposażony w bardzo wygodne łóżka. Łazienka również bardzo czysta doskonale wyposażona. Czystość pokoju i łazienki na najwyższym poziomie. Sniadania w formie bufetu. Kuchnia raczej azjatycka ale smaczna. Wybór dań wystarczający.

Voor 1 nacht is het ok het personeel achter de balie is minder.

Cons:

De douche. Na het douche kun je dweilen. En voor een hotel met 9 verdiepingen is 1 lift te weinig je moet er lang wachten.

Our stay went well.
Pros:

The property is well located, in a central area, and the breakfast is quite decent. I have stayed at this hotel several times. The staff are pleasant and the hotel is clean.

Cons:

I had booked a shuttle to pick us up from the airport, and it was confirmed, but no one showed up. This was a problem for us. We had to take a private shuttle from the airport, and it cost us more than the price agreed upon with the hotel. Not reliable at all, which is a shame.

Overall, we were satisfied with the experience except for room service.
Pros:

The staff members were obliging and friendly. The room was well appointed and spacious. Breakfast was basic

Cons:

We felt that the room service was unsatisfactory. Shower needed a through clean. During our 4 night stay the floors were not mopped and the sheets were not changed.

Perfekte Lage zur Erkundung von HCMC

Pessima scelta, altrove costa meno e di sicuro non peggio.
Pros:

La posizione non è male.

Cons:

Pulizia, soprattutto il bagno con della muffa nel box doccia, pulizia scarsa, sembra entrare in un camera spoglia non accogliente (camera Executive!!)
Lo staff soprattutto la signora che ci ha fatto il check-in, pessima esperienza, mi pento di non aver letto e visto le recensioni su Google prima di prenotare!
Per il resto vi lascio vedere le foto già su google.
In aggiunta! A parte firmare varie dichiarazioni all’arrivo, ci hanno ritardato la partenza per controllare la camera come se fossimo dei ladri o se potessimo renderla ancora peggio.

Cet hôtel est un excellent rapport qualité prix poir le district 1 de HCMV!
Pros:

Emplacement parfait, literie très confortable. La chambre double avait un lit extra large, une belle salle de bain et une grande fenêtre sur rue, au 7è je n’ai pas eu de bruit de la rue. Le personnel (en particulier les 2 portiers de jour et ceux au petit déjeuner) est très souriant et disponible. Le petit déjeuner était relativement fourni, je trouve. J’ai même pu commander un pho que l’on m’a apporté.

Cons:

Comme cela a déjà été dit: La baignoire n’est absolument pas pratique, car on doit enjamber (problème pour la clientèle âgée ?) et on met de l’eau partout.
Certains personnels de l’accueil ne sont pas particulièrement souriants et ne cherche pas à savoir si l’on a besoin de quelque chose.. c’est dommage.
La table à l’entrée de la salle de petit déjeuner qui sert de desserte pour les serveurs (serviettes papier, nettoyant, divers..) cela fait tres désordre et devrait être cachée. On ne comprend pas que ce soit là…
