You won’t do better than here for location, service and room space - Highly recommend this motel.
Pros:

Everything!! The location first and foremost- close to the beer/walking street, but not so close that you got the noise - it was a quiet location. Walk to the Ben Thanh Markets which are very close, also walk to the Saigon Post Officefor hop on hop off bus. Great bars close by. Amazing breakfast, very clean and comfortable. The staff were all amazing especially Duy who was always there to help us and give us information and guidance - very friendly and helpful. This was in our view the best location in Saigon and the best
Motel of our entire month long tour through Vietnam. Oh - and great beds, good size rooms with space for everything you need. Our checkout time was 12pm, but our flight at 9:30pm, the hotel looked after us - allowed us access to the pool, shower and toilet facilities and rooftop covered deck area until we left for the airport at 6:30pm.

Cons:

Nothing at all - it was perfect!

Emplacement, à 2 pas du marché. La piscine pour se décontracter. Le personnel qui est adorable.

La piscine mériterait une rénovation. Le matériel est rouillé.

المنطقه حيويه وقريبه من الأسواق

اخذت غرفتين وحدة إطلاله والثانيه داخليه الي ع الشارع نظيفة والحمام اعزكم الله كان مره وسيع ونفس الي في الصور فيه البانيو وبس السرير طالبه مزدوج أعطوني فردي عدد2 والغرفة نظيفة
اماً الغرفه الداخليه جدا جدا سيئه كانّها فنادق نجمه وحدة مع العلم قلت لهم ابي غرفتين جنب بعض وقالو سنعمل على طلبك ويوم جيت قالو مافي مع العلم كانت الغرفه الي جنبي فاضيه
اماً الموظفين للامانه متعاونين وساعدوني كثير وواحد من الموظفين حجز معايا قراب ثاني من جوال لان احتاج عدد سيارتين وانا رايح المطار ومانو مره مره متعاونين وبشوشين

Très belle experience
Pros:

L'emplacement tout en étant calme à l'intérieur. Grande chambre avec large lit très confortable
La piscine sur le toit fut vraiment apprécié par cette chaleur du mois de juillet.
Personnel très accueillant et sympatique. Une partie des employés sont malentendants, je trouve cela très bien.

Cons:

Juste au petit dejeuner d'avoir du lait au soja en option serait apprécié pour les intolerants

Pros:

Het personeel is heel behulpzaam.
Er zijn handdoeken en slippers voorzien om naar het zwembad te gaan.
De ligging is heel centraal en je bent onmiddellijk in het stadscentrum.

Cons:

De toiletten bij de receptie bevinden zich in de garage. Dit is een beetje verouderd.

A solid and friendly base for a Saigon stay.
Pros:

Central position for walking distances. Lots of restaurants and bars in close proximity.
Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Best hotel morning buffet coffee (strong, black)

Cons:

Always hard for hotels to bridge the gap between Asian and western food culture. The result here was a bit disappointing. Not particularly exciting and unfortunately one of the mornings hairs was found in the food, but it was immediately removed by the staff

Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Vieles ist fußläufig. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Bett und Zimmergrösse ist auch gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr gut. Und eher früh kommen als Richtung 9 Uhr. Da ist der Büffet leer!
Das Pool ist in den Jahren gekommen, Wasser nicht sehr sauber.. Die Bilder sehen schöner aus als es ist.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and we continue to go back there when we have to visit the big city! We like everything!

Cons:

The showers can use some maintenance… drains are mostly backed up and not that clean. But I am very particular about clean showers…
Swimming pool area is great but needs updating and maintaining (outdated)
