Hotel Grand Godwin

Safe location. Lots of staff trying to be helpful. Breakfast was outstanding with friendly, caring staff. Bathroom updates fell short. Shower poorly designed, water ends up everywhere.

This hotel is in the most unsafe area of Delhi. You CANNOT get anything but a rickshaw. It’s not a clean hotel, everything is falling apart. We checked in and within minutes booked a different hotel for our next night! They are super friendly, but if the security had to walk outside until they see you leave that says something! Listen the toilet didn’t flush! It’s a big no for me!

The bathroom was a bit dated and the floor was slippery but it was functional. The towels were a bit worn as well. The bed and room were comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was terrible - the room was dirty and grimy and there are not very many options. Breakfast was not appealing at all. However the lunch and dinner restaurant attached to the hotel next door were great. The concierge was very helpful and can book you an excursion and can book your transporation to and from the airport. Tuk Tuks are extremely plentiful - in fact, you will be hard pressed to walk anywhere because a tuk tuk driver will stop you every 25 yards. This hotel is close to the train station (we never used the train) and you can walk a block or so to the market. The best tea (chai) street vendors are by this hotel. If you want to experience the local street life then this a good hotel for you.

Very noisy with staff having loud conversations all night which did not stop even with multiple times complaining. Noise from street also heard from all rooms.

Great location, close to major attractions and close to Railway Station. But it's a small Hotel, bathrooms are old. Staff was great.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and the staff played a significant role in making it memorable. They were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations for local attractions, their professionalism and genuine care made a real difference. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for top-notch service and a wonderful experience.

I loved everything about my stay, from the warm and friendly staff to the cool rooms (defintely a necessity in August). I stayed in 3 different rooms, and they were all lovely, clean, and had perfect WIFI (I work online). All of the staff was kind and helpful, and I have to give a special shout-out to the concierge. I was traveling solo in India, and the concierge arranged a SIM card, airport pickups and drop-offs, train station pickups and drop-offs, train tickets themselves, and a side trip to the Taj Mahal....My family now calls him the "magic concierge" because he helped tie up all the loose ends in my travel plans, and he was so very, very kind. I'm celiac (and can't eat dairy either), and The Indian Grill restaurant was right next door. The staff there cooked something special just for me ---and delicious---on three different occasions (and I didn't get sick---you celiacs out there know how hard it is to find restaurants that are careful). Five star service in the hotel and the restaurant. I highly recommend the Grand Godwin.

Our stay at Grand Godwin Hotel was perfectly.
The hotel is located near the railway station, in the Paharganj district, which appealed to us.
In addition, the room was comfortable, the services perfect and the staff attentive.
A big thank you to the entire team (receptionists, doormen, waiters, room staff and travel desk).
We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Delhi.

Good property , easy to access using public transport

The transportation by Mukesh Sahu was good, clean , ensured we were safe at all times. Hotel provides good tour assistance

I visited the hotel with my family . I booked an airport pickup with them which was very last minute but very well arranged . The room was very clean and well furnished with all amenities . Mr Ajay took care of my travel requirements and made it simpler for me to travel with my family .

Overall good

Hotel rooms are big enough spacious and clean. Staff are polite and courageous. Breakfast was delicious too, chicken sausage was yummy, breakfast spread was wonderful, cheers

Well Maintained hotel with clean rooms helpfull staff. Travel manager Mr. Ajay helped me for day trip and taxi service. Nice stay.

I always stay at Grand Godwin every time I visit in New Delhi. It's convenient for us to visit places like Chandni chowk, Connaught place, also I have to go Pragati maidan every time for business purpose, so they help me with the taxi service. I like Grand Godwin for my stay it's comfortable and safe.
