Budget style hotel with convenience
Pros:

Location was good, right next to the shopping centre and close to all convenience needs. Easy parking and fair price. Room was cheap enough for size. The bar and restaurant downstairs looked nice and had a nice vibe. Staff were very friendly. Good for a quick overnight stay.

Cons:

There was mold all over the grout in the shower.
The carpets need a good clean, there is a thick layer of dust settled into the edges of the carpets against the walls down the halls. The room was very small, especially the bathroom, window was very small, felt very closed in.

Amazing, comfortable, and convenient.
Pros:

The efficiency of checking in and checking out. Instead of waiting in long queues when arriving, I could complete check in prior and use the self serve kiosks to obtain my room key. The location is perfect being central and a short walk away from the CBD. I did not use the room service feature but thought it was amazing, and the convenience of having the restaurant downstairs was good.

Cons:

Paying for overnight parking. Whilst it was very convenient to have parking on site, I think it would be better for it to be an add on when booking the room at a lower cost. Being in the CBD there is limited free parking options, and $25 overnight parking can get quite expensive if staying for a longer period.

Second time at the property due to the great first day but due to this poor experience we won’t be coming again which is

Bed was made the first time and room was clean. Staff was helpful during arrival.

Cons:

When asked for the room to be cleaned, pillow was left on the floor, used towels weren’t taken away. One of the mugs was dirty and couldn’t be used. The day before check out. Prices for the buffet was $25 each then mysteriously upped the next day.
