A pleasant surprise in Reno
Pros:

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We only live an hour away, so we're in Reno quite frequently for day trips, but occasionally, we attend events that get out late so we sometimes stay in a hotel overnight and drive home the next morning. We've driven by this location for years, but never really paid attention to it, so when it popped up as available for a Saturday night near where our event was, I went ahead and made a reservation. It's very unassuming, 2-story hotel, and not really noticeable just driving by it. Since we had a reservation, the check in process was very quick. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the A/C worked great. The property is actually quite a bit bigger than what it looks like from the street and they have ample, well lit parking areas. The swimming pool area looked quite inviting, although, we weren’t there long enough to go swimming. Check-out the next morning was also quick, even though they were assisting guests who had been evacuated due to a nearby wildfire. We will definitely stay here again whenever we have an overnight requirement.

It was nice, the lights were a little dark though.
Pros:

On site parking, breakfast connected to building, facilities were amazing; pool, laundry etc.

Cons:

Found hair in the shower and the floor was very dusty.

The day was comfortable, just not as expected
Pros:

The room was very clean large and the bed was comfortable, however, the location was good as there are lots of places to eat and other amenities close by

Cons:

The picture is definitely made it look nicer than it is. The pool area is not quite as nice but it’s clean.
