This property is located in a commercial area close to malls and almost every high and mid-level store. It is close to restaurants including a super-good Phò place. The building is a bit awkward in that most rooms are in a separate building from the lobby and the elevator is actually attached to the secondary building rather than the primary one. But this architecturally uniqueness aside, the room was clean, good smelling, comfortable and adequate for a night stopover on our trip from Oregon to our home in Bishop California. In fact it was such a great value, that we will definitely stay there again for a future trip. A super minor problem was that there was a 2/3 oz little bottle of shampoo, one of conditioner and one of lotion—no body wash.
Overall we recommend this hotel.
More shampoo and some body wash.
Beautiful property.
I loved everything.
Sunday pm
No dining closes at 1400
Bar to open at 1800 closed very disappointed
Room was clean tidy and very comfortable
Cleanliness of lobby and politeness of staff. Room was comfortable.
No body wash and shampoo and conditioner not the best smelling.
THOUGHT IT WAS EXPENSIVE AND JUST O.K.
Location was very good about a mile away from the Reno Sparks convention center. There is no breakfast included but they have a Two Chicks brunch and breakfast restaurant attachment which is very good.
The price was a bit high. Fitness center is bare minimum.
Staff were friendly, good location
Didn't check if microwave is functioning prior to giving th room to us.
Clean and updated rooms
The pool was closed
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are not spacious, the walls are paper-thin, and the water pressure is almost non-existent! The staff is really not that friendly. There is not a complemetary breakfast option or coffee. The attached restaurant only opens at 7 am and is way too expensive. There are better options in Reno for sure.
nothing
extremely overpriced for a Best Western hotel-level room. Towels were paper thin, too.
Clean
Charges for a pet
We were not told in advance
El alojamiento muy bueno, las camas y todo excelente
The staff exhibited extreme rudeness and denied my request to extend my stay. I inquired with the employee on the phone in the morning about the reason for my inability to extend, and she was compelled to put me on hold and consult with the manager, as she was unaware of the reason. Upon her return, she informed me that the extension was denied due to “issues that we had yesterday,” which left me deeply perplexed. When I asked for clarification on the specific issue, she responded with, “Well, you extended your stay at 11:30 when you should have been here before 11 to do so.” At this juncture, I am convinced that the management harbors a personal vendetta against me, as this is an untenable justification for compelling an individual to depart when all I had done was remain in my room and engage in work on my computer throughout the day. I refrained from being loud or rude. I paid over $300 for my stay due to the exorbitant deposit, and this is merely a modest motel six. Therefore, her decision to deny my extension solely because I departed later than the desired time, despite the time I was granted by the front desk the previous evening, is unwarranted and caused me to miss a Zoom meeting that I was hosting remotely. Consequently, I am filled with anger, as I had already endured a poor treatment experience regardless of my attempts to be accommodating. Despite my efforts to be kind, I was still treated with disrespect. Consequently, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, as this is the second time this has occurred to me. As a platinum member, I was under the impression that I would be eligible for late checkouts, but unfortunately, I was denied the opportunity so I had to leave the room with the management present, even after I had been in the shower and was naked, as they had been banging on the door while I was showering. The low occupancy on that day provided a hint as to why she was denying my request, that it was not based on any valid reasoning. It was simply a matter of personal preference from a rude staff.
This has been a recurring pattern with Best Western hotels. I am beginning to realize that the tier of membership does not matter with Best Western. The amenities and perks associated with each tier are never actually implemented or offered to me, making it almost futile to strive for the top tier.
I have stayed here multiple timers now... breakfast at Two Chicks restaurant is awesome, also multiple franchise restaurants nearby; The Cheesecake factory across the road. That's why i choose this hotel again & again for Reno. Hotel is nonsmoking, very clean and well maintained. Staff is well behaved & responsive to needs.
Everything was awesome... but our room# 119 both bed mattresses support was lacking... Too soft to be comfortable or feel adequately supported. My back hurt after the 2 night stay. I am used to a firmer mattress at home.
Aiden please buy/upgrade mattresses to medium or firm.
Rooms were clean and very comfortable.
No complaints.
