Clean, good value
Pros:

Clean, spacious well-appointed room, relatively inexpensive.

Cons:

The blackout blind kept getting stuck on its roller. Handyman came but it still gave me trouble.

Pros:

The room looked like it was recently remolded. Everything nice and clean

Cons:

The front desk clerk at check in. She was efficient and timely. She barely said hello. No smiles. Very indifferent attitude.

This time not so great but the manager made it right $$$ wise.
Pros:

This is are go to it great location and very clean. Staff amazing!

Cons:

Unfortunately the water heater broke and no hot water and we had just check in for a 3 night stay. First night woke up to no hot water.

We were very grateful to the staff when our grandson flew his small drone over the roof and lost it. The were fantastic!
Pros:

It was close to our granddaughter’s apartment. Beds were comfortable, shower was nice.

Cons:

We wished there was a continental breakfast offered. Of course we were there on Christmas and the restaurant was closed.

Very clean, descent location.

Cons:

Shower/ tub drain wasn’t draining very well. There was no hot water, only barely warm water. TV channels limited. The heater/air conditioning unit had a squeak when the fan was running.

Good location, relatively clean, friendly staff.
Pros:

The room was pretty clean and had some cool features/ seemed updated. It was quiet (no major street noise), which was great, and it was on the same street as grocery store/ restaurants.

Cons:

The lighting for getting ready in the morning was terrible (bathroom mirror) - I’ve experienced this in many hotels - not sure why they can’t get that right. Pet fee is exorbitant - this is also the case in most places though.
