Desapontado com a hospitalidade

A ausência de utensílios por parte do hotel comprometeu seriamente a experiência de hospedagem. Entendo que o restaurante, por ser terceirizado, não tenha obrigação de fornecer utensílios quando não há consumo direto com eles. No entanto, isso não isenta o hotel de sua responsabilidade básica com o conforto do hóspede.

Não sou obrigado a consumir no restaurante do hotel, especialmente considerando que há opções gastronômicas superiores na região que atendem por delivery. Ainda assim, o hotel falha ao não oferecer itens simples e essenciais, como utensílios, que deveriam estar disponíveis para qualquer hóspede, independentemente de onde escolha se alimentar.

Hospitalidade vai além de oferecer um quarto; envolve garantir condições mínimas de conforto e autonomia. Nesse ponto, a postura do hotel foi claramente insuficiente e demonstra uma falta de atenção às necessidades básicas de quem está hospedado.

Va sem grandes expectativas.
Pros:

O café da manhã era mediano. O café em si não era bom. Não havia banana ou Iogurte desnatado.

Cons:

Estava extremamente cheio o hotel e não conseguiam limpar as mesas ou repor alimentos. O prato que pedi no almoço do restaurante do hotel não estava cozido o suficiente: nem a carne e nem os acompanhamentos. Não recomendo o restaurante do hotel.

Dedicação, carinho, cuidado e hospitalidade

Não tenho palavras para descrever a equipe do Hotel Bourbon Savassi. Desde o primeiro contato, quando liguei para solicitar a antecipação do café da manhã, todos me atenderam com muita gentileza e delicadeza. Os funcionários Henrique e Marcelo da recepção foram super gentis, bem como o Fábio, responsável pelo café da manhã. Fui fazer uma prova e todos os candidatos, que se hospedaram no hotel, precisavam da antecipação do café para estarmos às 06:30 no local de prova. Além disso, eu me esqueci da fonte do meu notebook, a Bárbara Silva, responsável pela equipe da governança, não mediu esforços para me auxiliar na resolução do problema, super atenciosa, eficiente, amorosa e gentil. Fiquei impressionada com a hospitalidade do hotel.
