Inicialmente, o nome do hotel remonta que a localização é no bairro Savassi, entretanto não é, fica no bairro Serra, num lugar que é distante de tudo, ou seja, a localização não confere com a informação prestada.
No quarto não tem o cardápio com o preço dos produtos do frigobar e não adianta perguntar para a recepção ou copa que eles dizem que não sabem. As dependências do hotel tem muitas partes com carpetes antigos e sujos.
