A high standard all-inclusive hotel in a great location!
Pros:

A very well organised all-inclusive hotel in a great location. It's only minutes away from the main shopping street and a beautiful beach. The food service was superb! A huge variety of food, freshly cooked and a different menu every day. It's so impressive how the catering team produce such lovely food for so many people! Also, all the staff were so friendly, helpful and hard working. They made us feel very welcome!

Cons:

Unfortunately the day before we left a group of 28 men arrived who changed the atmosphere completely. They arrived drunk and stayed drunk! The hotel tried to control them but frankly, they were outnumbered. I don't think they should have accepted such a large, single sex booking as they are essentially, a family hotel.

La amabilidad del personal de 10, la comida, la ubicación, las habitaciones, las piscinas muy grandes...

Cons:

Camas individuales, no había mantas, poca iluminación en la habitación, faltaba animación, mucha distancia entre nuestra habitación y la salida, comedor etc...

Toll und erholsam. Die Matratzen müssen dringend ersetz werden.
Pros:

Wir weren zum zweiten Mal da und sind wieder sehr zufrieden. Einige Einrichtungen kommen allerdings in die Jahre und sollten renoviert werden. Dann sind Sie für uns wieder eine Reise wert.
Die meisten Angestellten sind wie damals sehr freundlich. Manche allerdings eher nicht oder auch teilnahmslos. Lächeln wäre gut. Zum Beispiel die Mitarbeiter an der Poolbar.

Il ristorante offre un servizio buffet, qualità nella norma, tenendo anche in conto del rapporto qualità-prezzo, direi assolutamente una buona scelta.

Todo lo que necesitas en un hotel
Pros:

Destacaría la amabilidad del personal tanto de recepción, sala y bar. Pese a ser un complejo enorme, es muy tranquilo, no hay ruido, se puede descansar perfectamente. Cuenta con todo tipo de servicios (dos piscinas, dos restaurantes, un kiosco de piscina y un bar, gimnasio, lavandería...). Hay máquinas de café para servirte de forma gratuita cerca de la recepción. La habitación era enorme, con un balcón también muy grande que, pese a dar a la piscina, era muy silenciosa. El buffet tenía una oferta excelente. ¡Nos gustó todo!

Cons:

Las camas de la habitación eran algo incómodas, como de muelles, y a veces olía un poco el bajante del baño.
