Villaggio nel cuore di corralejo, ottimo come base di partenza per raggiungere lanzarote e lobos.
Siamo stati accolti da Elia che subito ci ha fatto capire quanto l'intero staff fosse a disposizione del cliente. Tutti gentilissimi, sempre sorridenti e calorosi.

Cons:

Andiamo ai tasti dolenti: Il buffet della colazione è meraviglioso, quello del pranzo buono ma il buffet della cena (eccetto i dolci: quelli sono sempre buonissimi) è terribile: la carne dura immasticabile, poca scelta e varietà (la paella di carne era li TUTTE LE SERE) ma in generale piatti davvero cucinati male tranne la serata asiatica.
Pulizia: camera pulita ma bagno no, appena arrivati ho notato un residuo di (spero vivamente) vomito all'esterno della tazza. Sono andata al primo supermercato e ho comprato disinfettante e spugnette e ho lavato io il wc tutti i santi giorni.
Idem la sedia e il divano della camera da letto, come si toccano si sente la polvere, immagino non vengano aspirati da anni.
Abbiamo prenotato l'opzione camera matrimoniale deluxe e ci siamo ritrovati il letto fatto da 2 lettini singoli messi uno accanto all'altro, scomodissimo! I materassi veramente sottili con le molle che ci hanno torturato la schiena per 6 notti.

Cons:

Both restaurants are seriously understaffed resulting in a stressful atmosphere.
No meet and greet at the entrance and no hand sanitiser
Tables are not cleared and guests have to locate their cutlery napkins and condiments before eating. Several times had to wait for clean plates and bowls. Staff were working very hard and had absolutely no time for any interaction with guests and that is dissapointing for everyone. Does not generate a happy relaxed experience.

Management need to seriously look at the staffing levels required to deliver an acceptable service

Food at breakfast was of a good standard

Evening food was poor quality and frequently cold

And the red wine was chilled !!

Vastly deteriorated in less than a year with obvious cost cutting implemented. A shame

Stayed here several times and it has vastly deteriorated since last year. Filthy under sunbeds in pool area. Not cleaned in the week there although they cleaned the general walkway. Didn’t like deposit on cups. Cheapens the place. Some of the bar staff were quite rude and obviously don’t care for their jobs. Our room on arrival was very hot. AC was broken. Sliding door wouldn’t lock. No phone in room. Several trips to reception and two days later we finally moved to a room with a working AC. Minimal apology from staff. Need training here. Why new guests are prioritised over existing guests is baffling. Their excuse for not moving us immediately was because they had more guests arriving and didn’t have a free room till the Monday. Not sure why we were even charged for our first two days as the room was unrentable. The evening entertainment was an absolute joke. Way worse than previous years. Music at the pool mainly terrible covers or Spanish music. Again previously it was so much better. Aqua aerobics and daytime entertainment has disappeared from here. Embarrassed as I had recommended this place to several people but will have to now give them the updated version. I’m more disappointed than most I suppose as I know what this place used to offer
