Vacanza meravigliosa 😍

Lo staff sempre sorridente e ci ha aiutato in ogni nostra richiesta ,alla reception e i ragazzi in sala hanno fatto si che la nostra vacanza fosse meravigliosa: grazie 🥰 la struttura di grande impatto appena arrivi con le sue tre piscine e gli appartamenti intorno e così pure il giardino curato ti danno una sensazione di benessere. La struttura centrale con molti servizi intorno e parcheggio sia davanti all' hotel che nella via ...consigliato!!!
Una menzione speciale per il ragazzo sardo che lavora al bar di cui non ricordo il nome, mi scuso, ci ha aiutato dandoci consigli per le escursioni

La cucina si può migliorare, molto ripetitiva, da italiana posso dire che pasta e riso sempre scotti e le salse per condire la pasta improponibili ma nel complesso il menù è vario e quindi trovi sempre qualcosa che ti piace, per la colazione i prodotti sono di qualità, per le bibite invece le ho trovate troppo dolci e fra quelle elencate per l'all inclusive c'è solo un cocktail al giorno deciso da loro

Cons:

gluten free food was poor to start with, no advise given about ordering GF for the next day. we had to find out from another guest. Daytime noise (machinery, not guests) very annoying. day time entertainment was hit and miss if it was on or not.

All inclusive uitgebreid met genoeg keuze in het buffet van gezonde keuze tot minder gezonde keuze.
Personeel vriendelijk en gastvrij.

Cons:

De bedden, te hard voor mij. Op mijn verzoek is er een topper op mijn bed gekomen , daarna een stuk comfortabeler.
De welbekende Handdoeken leggers bij het zwembad. Ronduit belachelijk van deze leggers. Hotel laat duidelijk weten dat dit niet is toegestaan maar treedt hier niet over op. Zwak.
Matige afwerking in schilder en sauswerk. Veel sausspatten op de op de grond. Slordig

Pros:

We have always loved for years staying in this hotel when it was "Labranda" Bahía de Lobos. Such a pity it has changed so much, not for the better.
Location is brilliant.
Property is kept very clean. Rooms are very big and comfortable, need updating. Staff are friendly, kind and work very hard.

Cons:

Animation is very poor. No atmosphere around pool like before. No Parasols, many of the few there are all torn. Bottom of main pool needs repair, very lumpy bottom.
Food isn't as good as other years. Too much Pork for lunch and dinner, on main course nearly every day.
Having stayed here for many years under MP hotels Labranda, the hotel needs renovation.
Was very noisey late some nights, Security ??
Still like it, but we're somewhat disappointed with the lack of "all the Above"
Sangria taken off pool bar menu 😥 and it the Main Spanish drink !! had to buy it in Supermarket.
Will definitely return when refurbished...... hopefully

Increíble alojamiento y espacio para descansar
Pros:

Está muy bien, estuvimos súper a gusto y el personal era muy agradable y simpático cada día.

Cons:

Que tuviera mayor variedad en el servicio de cena o desayunos. Y sobre todo el horario, que está pensado para los huéspedes extranjeros pero no para los españoles. (18:30-21:30)

Bien pero mejorable
Pros:

El personal, sobre todo los que están en el buffet, son excelentes. Las piscinas muy bien. La comida muy bien.

Cons:

Casi no hay sombrillas. La gente deja toallas por todas las hamacas y es difícil encontrar sitio. Éramos 4 en una habitacion y el sofá cama estaba estropeado, la solución fue dormir 4 personas en 3 camas pegadas, una hacía muchísimo ruido al moverse y fue difícil dormir la verdad.
