Cons:

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés avant 18 heures, il n'y avait personne à l'accueil pour nous aider. La porte d'entrée était fermée. Il a fallu se débrouiller pour trouver dans quel immeuble se trouvait la chambre et comment l'ouvrir. Je pensais trouver un véritable comptoir dans un hébergement de ce prix.
Dans la chambre il y avait de quoi réchauffer des plats ou préparer le petit-déjeuner, mais aucune table ni chaise. L'ascenseur était en panne apparemment depuis plusieurs mois.

Great value
Pros:

The property was great! There was hot tub, sauna, gym. It’s great value! We were very happy with the stay.

Cons:

There was no staff support on site; kinda have to figure out everything on your own. Construction is ongoing outside and starts very early.

Pros:

The room was reasonably well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Building does not have a functioning elevator. The electrics in the room were eccentric, and lighting in the bathroom was barely adequate.
Kicking Horse has no facilities, so it's an 8 mile drive to the restaurants and grocery store. That said, Golden itself, and its facilities were quite good.

Pros:

Fijn om een eigen appartement te hebben op een rustige plek waar je zelf kunt wassen en koken.

Cons:

De lift was kapot, blijkbaar al heel lang. Waardoor je 3 verdiepingen met al je spullen moest tillen. Het was echt toe aan een update, meerdere faciliteiten waren out of order. Hot tub kon je ook niet in. De hor bij ons appartement was een stukje kapot waardoor we er maar keukenrol in hadden gepropt, want er zitten veel muggen.

Ook hangt er maar minimale vitrage waardoor het erg licht is en je hoort alle geluiden goed van de gondel.

Pros:

The beds were comfy, and there was hot water in the shower

Cons:

No staff. No food. No coffee. No information. Wifi marginal. No elevator. Took 10 minutes to find the way to the room, carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

Property felt like a work in progress.
Pros:

Area was beautiful. Room was clean & comfortable. Quiet & relaxing.

Cons:

Difficult to find.
No staff in building to assist with questions, etc.
No ice machine even though sign said there was one.
Phone said it connected to a front desk, it didn’t.
TV didn’t work.

Pros:

We had no issues staying here at all. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Yes a little tired in areas and yes outside of Golden BUT we did do our homework first.
We were too busy during the day - we use accommodation for sleeping and that's it.

Das ich nur 3 Nächte dort war

Cons:

Personal / Zimmerservice gibt es nicht. Kommunikation nur über Telefon / Email. Das herausfinden des richtigen Zimmers war ein Rätsel = Es gibt zwei baugleiche Hotels, manche Zimmernummern gibt es in jedem Haus 2 Fach, einmal mit Pferd und einmal mit B hinter der Zimmernummer. Mir wurde Stunden vor der Anreise eine E Mail zugesand. Mit Schlüsselcodes und Informationen. Leider hat man in den Naturparks nicht immer Internet. Lift alle 3 Tage kaputt ( Zimmer in der 4.Etagge!) Das Zimmer war abgewohnt.

Pleasant stay overall. Quiet place
Pros:

Location and room size. Nice kitchen amenities

Cons:

We were placed on 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. We had to carry our suitcases all the way up.
Thai could have been avoided by changing our room to lower floor
