Pros:

The location is perfect.

Cons:

From the picture it looked like two bathrooms but it was just one,and some of the trays were very greasy when we planned to cook something,the kitchen wasn't very clean, we had to phone the front deck to get the clean tray,and the extra towels were next to the toilet brush under the sink nearly touching.A
nd the chair in one of the bedroom and the dinning table were broken. I expected better experience for the money. And I suggest removing the advertising the northern lights wolf centre, it was a total waste of money,not something I will ever promote for BC.

Location is ideal. 1 Bedroom apartment overall is spacious.

Cons:

There was no ski locker available for us to use and so we had to drag our skis up and down stairs because the lift was broken. In a modern large lodge I expect there should be plenty of lockable areas for skis. There is a huge open area up the first flight of stairs just above Reception where there are couches. This area should be converted into ski lockers / storage. In the unit, the kitchen table was ok but the chairs were so wide and heavy nothing fit together and it was not an easy table to eat at because the chairs were too big and awkward.

Pros:

The location, the location, the location!!! Nothing better than rolling out of bed and being right on the mountain. Liked the deep balcony off our bedroom, and the little kitchenette was very practical for us.

Cons:

Little dated.

Pros:

The location is excellent, the ski locker room is right at the base of the Gondola and the view from the balcony is great to enjoy after a day skiing. The room was clean and kitchenette well stocked for a couple of days.

Cons:

The hotel is in desperate need of some TLC. The lift and other facilities were out of order. Our room had sheets that didn’t fit the bed, when queried we were told they didn’t have any for that size bed. Lots of potential, but needs some upgrading.

Very strange experience. The hotel needs to be more explicit that this was "off season". poor exp.

Beautiful views, and we enjoyed the hot tub.

Cons:

The gondola was under repair and work on it (including a loud tractor) started right outside our window prior to 8am. We realize that the work needed to happen - but perhaps the rooms at the front of the lodge could have been used first?

Cons:

Way, way over priced for a run down unit that was not cleaned properly and had a smell. Plus the unit was hot. It did have two fans but they were enough.

房間很大很溫暖、舒適、乾淨，也有附洗衣機可以用，飯店外面有停車場可使用非常方便，而且櫃檯人員非常親切，我們有點晚才抵達，櫃檯人員留了很詳細的說明給我們，雖然我們還是不小心走錯棟，但電話中很快就幫我們解決了！

Wished we had picked somewhere else to stay.
Pros:

The bathtub was nice and deep.

Cons:

Had to switch rooms bc birds had overtaken our patio. Fan was broken and windows painted shut and with no AC, it was HOT during our summer visit. Had to request other 2 fans be brought in and keep patio door open to suck in air to make it barely tolerable. Entire facility was dark and dingy, and we saw was cleaned by high school boys (so you can imagine how clean that was). Way overpriced from lack of quality and griminess.
