According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Foi muito boa a estadia . Voltaremos lá com certeza .
Pros:

Sempre ficamos neste Hotel quando vamos a Vila Velha . O atendimento do pessoal é muito bom , são bem receptivos e bem treinados . O restaurante é bom com cardápio variado . Os quartos são bem arejados com vista para o mar ou o Convento da Penha .
Fica em frente a Praia da Costa , mas preferimos ficar na Praia da Curva da Sereia , onde as águas são mais calmas , contando uma boa infraestrutura .

Cons:

Pode-se melhorar o sistema de Internet , dentro do quarto o sinal é um pouco fraco .

Hotel carente de reforma geral, 2o elevador frequentemente estragado/parado, wifi em todas as áreas bem instável, com necessidade de reconexoes manuais constantes e, por fim, apartamento tipo quarto e sala com ar condicionado apenas no quarto, muito ruim.
