According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Cons:

Tem de ter um gerente para resolver situações que podem ocorrer. Não pode ficar engessado. Carro não subiu e nem desceu na garagem, encostava o fundo . Tem espaço de sobra na frente da recepção do hotel. Por 2 dias não custava liberar, mas fica cone bloqueando, argumento de que clientes deixam o dia todo, vão para a praia por comodidade. Isso não é argumento, o cliente mesmo, frequento desde 2003 , paga por mais clientes, que acredito serem poucos. Com alguém que tivesse sensibilidade e tomasse decisão não ocorreria isso. Resultou em carro arranhado, pois teve que dormir na rua. Pequenas decisões se transformariam em resultados. Isso fica como uma derrota para o hotel, funcionários protocolares que não conseguem, ou não querem ter bom senso , abrir exceção não é bagunçar, e sim cativar mais clientes. Uma pena. Vi isso , falta empatia.
