According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. Vila Velha, uma surpresa muito boa!
Pros:

O apartamento é bem espaçoso com varanda, área de copa, sala, quarto e banheiro separados. Há bancada para computador na sala e boa quantidade de tomadas espalhadas pelos cômodos. Cama confortável, toalhas em bom estado e condicionador de ar split silencioso (apenas no quarto). A localização é excelente. Basta caminhar poucos passos e se está na praia da Costa, havendo opções de ponto de táxi, padarias e restaurantes por perto. Os colaboradores são simpáticos e atenciosos.
O café da manhã é muito bom, havendo sucos, iogurtes, pães, bolos, frutas, ovos e frios. Há máquinas de café com algumas opções de bebidas quentes.

Cons:

Na hora do check-out havia um lançamento de valor na conta do quarto que não souberam dizer do que seria. No fim tudo foi resolvido e só pagamos o que de fato consumimos durante nossa estadia.

Quarto espaçoso com sala e varanda de frente para o mar. Café da manhã muito bom e bom serviço de limpeza do quarto.

Cons:

Deveriam disponibilizar mais toalhas, sabonete e principalmente ROLO de papel higiênico.

Good spacious room, good location, the breakfast could be better, the bread could be fresher

The location was really good, The price was fair, close enough to the beach that you can sleep with the sounds of waves, it was really peaceful

Cons:

The breakfast had a lot of options but the breads were all too dry, I tried to eat multiple types of breads in 2 different days and they were all dry and old, so I went up eating somewhere else

INSALUBRIDADE - FÍSICA E MENTAL: O pesadelo de uma cliente Genius 3

Tratamento da recepção do hotel.

Cons:

Minha estadia de 01 a 04 de maio foi um pesadelo absoluto, totalmente incompatível com um hotel deste porte e com a minha categoria Genius 3 (a mais alta da plataforma Booking).

Higiene Sofrível: Pagar uma diária de quase R$ 1.000,00 para encontrar um quarto com mau cheiro na roupa de cama e baratas no banheiro é um desrespeito básico com a saúde e a dignidade do hóspede. É inadmissível.

Perseguição e Conduta Antiética: O que ocorreu no setor de reservas, porém, extrapolou qualquer limite profissional. Após semanas de comunicação hostil e desrespeitosa por parte do único funcionário do setor, senti-me insegura e decidi tratar as alterações de uma reserva futura (junho) pessoalmente na recepção.

Fui muito bem atendida pelos funcionários da recepção nos dias 01/05 e 04/05, que confirmaram profissionalmente meu upgrade e alterações. Contudo, em uma atitude de clara má-fé e retaliação por eu ter interrompido conversas paralelas via WhatsApp (conforme orienta a plataforma), o funcionário da reserva utilizou o sistema do hotel para alterar propositalmente minhas reservas já confirmadas, agindo com o intuito de me prejudicar intencionalmente.

Conclusão: Houve uma quebra total de confiança, segurança e boa-fé. É uma situação lamentável. Não voltarei e não pretendo mais expor minha família a uma postura tão antiética, desleal e perigosa. O hotel possui funcionários excelentes na recepção, mas permite que o setor de reservas destrua a experiência e a segurança do cliente.
