According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. O melhor do hotel é a localização.

Localização e o tamanho do apartamento.

Cons:

O apartamento precisa passar por reforma e modernização. Algumas infiltrações surgindo. O banheiro é sem ventilação e acho isso muito desconfortável, imagino que no verão deve ser muito quente. O café da manhã não é dos melhores e o espaço é pequeno, fica um ambiente muito confuso. São apenas dois elevadores que sempre demoram muito. Como a orla da Praia da Costa é desprovida de hotéis de qualidade o Quality garante frequência. Imagino que a falta de concorrência desestimula as reformas necessárias.

O único ponto positivo foi a localização.

Cons:

A atualização do hotel: a iluminação dos corredores do hotel ruim, o colchão era duro , os travesseiros péssimos, a limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar, não tinha nenhuma colcha na cama como coberta , apenas o lençol. No primeiro dia da estadia desci para tomar um café as 9h55 e dei com a porta fechada antes do horário. tive que me dirigir à recepção e comunicar. O café da manhã bem fraco , os pães não estavam frescos. Bem meu apto era o 209.
