According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Hermoso hotel frente a la playa.
Pros:

Cuando visito Vila Velha siempre me alojo en Quality Suites. Un hermoso hotel con una ubicación privilegiada, habitaciones amplias y muy bien equipadas. El desayuno es formidable y el personal muy atento. Las habitacviones poseen amplios balcones con muy buenas vistas!

Great experience. Fantastic location and a friendly team. Great value for money.
Pros:

Central, private, homely and beautiful views of the ocean and wonderful facilities . Definitely would stay again.

Cons:

This is not a criticism as it is Brazil but night staff were very difficult to speak with as language problems were difficult. For example the first evening I paid twice thankfully my bank noticed and cancelled. That was my only complaint
