正直、失望しました。
Cons:

最初に、浴室から洗面所の床に水が漏れだし、慌てて排水を止めた。翌朝フロントへ告げると、対応がそっけなく、失望した。つぎに、7月６日には支払い額6,873円の領収書をメールで受け取っているが、翌朝のチャックアウトの際、7千円余りのだと告げられ、6,873円のはずだと告げるも受け付けてもらえなかった。急いでいたのと他の客が並んでいたので止むを得ずそのまま、カードキーを差し込んでチャックアウトを済ました。本件を早急に調べて連絡いただくようお願いしたい。このホテルには前回も宿泊しており、今後もそうしたいと願っているが、残念です。

Excellent value in the Perfect Spot for Peace Park
Pros:

I loved the location of this property for getting to Hiroshima Peace Park and for walking along the river. I foud everything I needed including a close ferry to get to Miyajima right at the river next to the Atomic Dome. I loved this property location and overall value it provided because of its short distance to sightseeing. Also, if you like having breakfast they provide a great one on their top floor with an incredible view of Peace Park! You can not find a better view of it all. It's like a postcard picture!

Cons:

The hotel is older, and a bit small, with no luxury. It serves its purpose because the bed was fine, the air was fine.

目的地には近かったこと

Cons:

ロケーションが良いとあったが、公園側の反対で不満が。
エアコン設備の温度調整、ベッドメイク、シーツなど使い回しが過ぎて無いですか。
HOTEL入口も段差が大きくて年齢的に気を使った。
浴室のロープが出ない。

Localização perfeita!
Pros:

Localização maravilhosa! Bem próximo dos principais pontos turísticos e gastronômicos da cidade. Limpeza do quarto muito eficiente, ótimos amenities para uso e conforto.

Cons:

A acústica não era tão boa. Quando os outros hóspedes estavam caminhando pelo corredor, podíamos ouvir com clareza; a mesma coisa para ruídos, como os passos dos quartos ao lado e os do andar superior. Importante frisar que não conseguimos ouvir conversas dos quartos ao lado, somente do corredor.

Excellent location, very convenient!
Pros:

Perfect location, right next to Peace Park. Our stay was exceptional and very convenient. Laundromat right around the corner. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Hotel laundry was always occupied. It wasn't an issue for us since there are 2 laundromats nearby but it would have been nice to be able to use the hotel services.

清潔で心地よく過ごせました
Pros:

朝食時に息子がこけて怪我をしましたがすぐにスタッフさんが、駆け込んで来てくれて氷を持ってきてくれて救護室等の案内をしてもらいました。軽い傷だったので救護室の利用は、しなかったのですがスタッフさんの迅速な対応力と優しい声掛けに子供も安心してました。ありがとうございました。
