Fantastic location, very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Great location, not far from Tram stop and 5 min walk to Peace Park. Good, comfortable room. Friendly staff

Cons:

There is a 'bar' located on the top floor, however the beer machine was out of order throughout our stay and quite minimum refreshments offered.. however, they did have a happy hour where there was free ice cream, soft drinks and tea/coffee etc.

Delightful staff, delux accomodation without being expensive.

Proximity to attractions, transport, restaurants and shopping.
Extra touches up on the 25 th floor, you’ll see what I mean
