ホテルのスタッフがとても親切で、いつも笑顔で迅速な対応をしてくださったこと。ガイドサービスがあり、充実したツアーに連れて行ってくれたこと。朝食がよかった。駅からはじゃっかん遠く感じるが、その他の観光施設や場所が周辺にあり便利なこと。

Excelente localização e o atendimento do pessoal da recepção. Sempre muito disposto a ajudar e com muita cordialidade

Cons:

A qualidade da comida do cafe da manha e do lounge, que se diz que tem algumas comidinhas, porém tudo muito restrito e sem qualiade. Além disso, o atendimento pelos funcionarios do restaurante e da limpeza era sem cortesia. A qualidade da cama e dos travesseiros eram bem ruins o que me gerou noites muito mau dormidas.

Saubere, große Zimmer mit fantastischem Ausblick!
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sauber, für japanische Verhältnisse angenehm groß und ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und das Frühstück bietet etwas für jeden Geschmack!

Cons:

Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer in einem tieferen Stockwerk, bei dem die Klimaanlage nicht manuell einzustellen ging. Nachdem wir nachgefragt hatten, ob es eine Möglichkeit gibt, die Temperatur in dem Zimmer in irgendeiner Weise regulieren zu können, wurde uns direkt angeboten, das Zimmer zu wechseln, in eines in den höheren Stockwerken, in dem die manuelle Einstellung möglich war. Hierbei war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und hat all unsere Wünsche berücksichtigt!
