Great hotel for visiting the city with kids
Pros:

very spacious rooms if you compare to the average size of cities in Japan.
Free Ice cream for kids and a very nice skybar open for visitors

Cons:

Provided plug adaptor was broken and started to smoke when I started to charge my phone. That was an adventure, but thank you for providing a new adaptor.

我對金澤三井的美好印象，毀於廣島三井。
Pros:

地點很好，淋浴龍頭水壓很強。

Cons:

廁所很舊，感覺從建築物興建以來就沒更新過，Check-In很慢，入住時間未到之前已經辦過一次手續，等入住的時候又辦一次，足足等了快半小時，感覺是電腦系統老舊，飯店人員重複輸入N次都沒用。

Great overall experience - proximity to the Peace Memorial was great!
Pros:

Room was great, with a great view of the city. Close to the Peace memorial - short walk, so that was great. Did not get to experience the food at the property. Hondori Market was close by - so we had food there. Taking the street car from the airport to the property was fun.

Absolutamente sucias las alfombras del restaurante. La habitacion muy sencilla.

Lovely staff, great location

Cons:

Wifi did not work very well, room was too hot and air conditioning could not be controlled from the room. Luckily a kind member of staff could bring up a fan to mitigate the issue.

Tolle zentrale Lage- gerne wieder
Pros:

Tolle zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage, freundliches Personal, sehr gute Matratzen und ein gutes Frühstück mit asiatischem und europäischem Anteil. Alleine das Badezimmer inkl. Dusche und Toilette ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und passen nicht zum Rest des Zimmers. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Schlafanzüge waren toll - passen fast allen Gästen.

Das Bad (Dusche und Toilette) sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und passen nicht recht zum Rest des Hauses.

Continently located to Peace Park and museum. Nice view from lounge on top floor. Very limited food and drink available.

Cons:

Breakfast was adequate but very crowded with pushy people and long lines for coffee. Not relaxing at all. Advise skipping and going out to many coffee shops nearby. Very small room
