It was ok but would not rush back.
Pros:

The location was good. Some of the reception staff were undertrained to deal with international guests.

Cons:

The room was soo small. There was no-where to put any belongings on arrival. We upgraded but only after paying a lot more money. The restaurant did not offer what was advertised. There was so much food at breakfast, too much to possibly eat, & then the rest of the day there was nothing available!

Location was perfect, the staff were great and accommodating. Great view from the top floor for breakfast! Loved it here would stay here again.

Comfortable hotel in great location
Pros:

Great location, close to Atomic bomb dome and Memorial park. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the guest lounge for coffee and relax.

Penso que o fator mais notável deste hotel seja o topo do edificio, na zona das refeiçóes. A melhor vista de Hiroshima seja dia ou noite. Adoramos o pequeno-almoço, muito boa qualidade e inúmeras opções. Foi um bonus muito bom que tenha sido a única televisão em todos os hotéis do Japão que tenha a oportunidade de ver algo como netflix.

Cons:

Ficamos menos agradadas com as ofertas de snacks ou outros semelhantes no hotel. Eram muito limitadas e muito fracas, principalmente comparando com outros hotéis que estão no mesmo patamar de preços.
