Pros:

It’s like an oasis within a barren wasteland. Very good breakfast. Close to the metro station.

Für Kurzurlaub tiptop
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, auch als wir die Hotelkarte verloren hatten, kein Thema, die Karte wurde kostenlos ersetzt. Die Putzkraft hat ihren Job sehr gut erledigt, das Zimmer war immer geputzt und schön aufgeräumt. Das Untergeschoss mit dem Frühstücksbüffet ist mega schön und das Essen war sehr gut.

Cons:

Können wir nichts bemängeln. Ausser evtl die Lage. Ist in einem nicht ganz so schönen Quartier. Da wir ja nur zum schlafen dort waren haben wir von der Umgebung nicht viel mitbekommen. Die Busstationen für das Seightseeing ist in ca. 10-15Minuten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch das Aquarium und ein Shoppincenter in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Pros:

Cons:

The air conditioning didn’t work properly and throughout the building and the temperature was quite uncomfortable. It was hotter in the building than outside on a hot day.

Very disappointing!
Pros:

The Wi-Fi was free and fast. The hotel was close to the cruise port, which was convenient and to a metro station. The staff were attentive and check-in was quick.

Cons:

The A/C was NOT working and we were not warned about it. When we asked we were told that's just how it works, but then the last evening it was repaired and it was noticeably cooler! Their solution was to place a fan in the room. The pool was cloudy and had a number of bugs in it. The last morning we went up to the roof and they had a repair crew working on it. The rooms are small and the shower and sink are PART of the room, NOT separate. The WC/toilet area is separate. The location is in a less desirable area, as well. The stay was on the return of our cruise and quite a different experience than the hotel we stayed at prior to our departure. If we could have received a refund after the 1st night, we would have relocated. We were there 4 nights and would definitely not recommend this hotel as a destination.

The hotel was really well situated, not too far from.the centre but not too close to be too noisy.

Cons:

The air con was working but it took a long time to actually start cooling the room, it wasn't as cool as the temperature thermostat said it was.

Schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage mit toller Dachterrasse
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe der Ramblas und nicht weit vom Fährhafen, sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit einem Mini Pool und sehr schöne Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war zwar schön aber leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel mit Ladestation für E-Autos, eigentlich optimal, allerdings war die Einfahrt mit einem größeren Kombi (BMW, 5m) quasi unmöglich, Schade. Mit einem kleinen Auto sicher gut machbar.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location and staff, but the unresolved air conditioning issue significantly impacted our stay
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location for exploring Barcelona. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay.

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work during our entire stay. We were told daily that a repair technician would arrive the next day, but that never happened. After speaking with other guests, we learned they had been given the same information for several days. While the hotel eventually offered to move us to a sister property, the offer came too late to be practical given our scheduled tours and activities. It was disappointing that guests were checked into rooms with a known AC issue without being proactively offered alternatives.

Ottimo staff, buona posizione e buona colazione. Aria condizionata poco efficiente e bagno scomodo.
Pros:

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la cortesia dello staff, la colazione e la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio nei locker il giorno della partenza, buona la posizione anche se la via in cui si trova l'albergo di per sé ha l'aspetto un po' sordido. La posizione comunque era comoda vicino alla L3 tra le fermate Paral·lel e Drassanes. Casa Lit si trova in un'ottima posizione, a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla statua di Cristoforo Colombo e a ridosso della Rambla, il che permette di raggiungere il Quartiere Gotico con una brevissima passeggiata.

Cons:

Il primo impatto con la struttura è stato un po' deludente rispetto alle foto per via della strada in cui si trova l'hotel e la hall molto piccola. La camera è piccola, ma alla fine bene organizzata anche se il bagno "diffuso" non era il massimo del comfort (vano WC all'ingresso senza spazzolino per il WC!!!!, poi il resto del "bagno" dietro un tendone dopo il letto con un mini lavabo e la doccia). Il difetto principale viste le temperature era l'aria condizionata che funzionava male (molto rumorosa e raffrescava poco).
