Pros:

Le personnel était gentil et au niveau de l’emplacement vous êtes pas loin des ramblas

Cons:

La chambre vaut absolument pas le prix la salle de bain est séparé par un rideau de douche, la clime ne marche pas comme il faut
Et le quartier n’est pas très rassurant il y’a des gens très chelou qui traînent

Excellent séjour pour découvrir Barcelone

Le restaurant pour les dîners du soir. la proximité du métro pour les visites.

Cons:

La chambre est bien pour un week-end mais trop petite pour un séjour de cinq jours. Pas de placard pour ranger ses affaires (affaires au sol) , pas de table. Manque des éléments dans les WC (Brosse à WC). Ce commentaire n'est pas une critique mais pour une amélioration vers la satisfaction client. L'hôtel est trés bien et son personnel est trés sympathique.

Mike was sweet and helpful. The location was great and overall a good stay for a quick visit.
Pros:

I experienced being welcomed by Pablo and Mike. My accommodations were met with my requested bed type. They were great at helping me navigate the city with directions and finding transportation to historical sites. Location was great! It was in between Drassanes and Parallel Metro stations.

Cons:

Location of the actual hotel was hard to find, specifics of where they are actually located would have been nice. The a/c was not working efficiently and needed a fan in the room. I did not get help with my luggage, as I was promised. It would have been helpful as a person with invisible disabilities.

Quiet hotel walking distance to ferries and old town.
Pros:

Close to ferry terminal. Quiet hotel. Walking distance to old town. Hotel is good for a short stay or transfers to/from ferry/ boat terminal staff were helpful with extra pillows and ferry info.

Cons:

No bath plug!

o quarto era bom e o café ad manhã muito variado. a localização é bastante interessante. Tem um rooftop bem agradável

Cons:

o entorno do hotel não parece muito seguro à noite. Não tivemos nenhum tipo de problema, mas havia imóveis em reforma. Outro ponto que desagradou foi que o ar condicionado do hotel quebrou e ficamos os 3 dias sem ele.

Pros:

great location, staff were lovely. very clean, and the roof top pool and bar were a bonus.
breakfast was excellent would stay again if we came back to Barcelona!

Not having a sink in the toilet room was odd.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely. Room was very clean and i like the idea of the toothbrush and toothpaste and the other bits.

Cons:

The aircon in the room was not cooling down the room. It was very uncomfortable. In the end at 2 am my husband had to go down to reception to get a fan. The gentleman was very good and brought one up to us

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und zentral gelegen. Jeder vom Personal war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Essen war immer gut.

Cons:

Man muss schon spanisch oder englisch können um sich verständigen zu können.
Wenn man Halbpension bucht, muss man sich darauf einstellen, dass es in einer Woche jeden Tag die gleiche Karte gibt, wenn nur ein Gericht dabei ist, welches man isst, wird es schnell eintönig.

It only takes one staff to ruin my entire vacation trip!
Pros:

I like how close the hotel to Las Ramblas, Mercat de la Boqueria, and to other great restaurants.

Cons:

One of the receptionist staff needs to learn the meaning of the word, hospitality. He was not accommodating and did not make me and my family welcomed. I am not planning to stay in this hotel in any of my future Barcelona trips.
