Cons:

We were in a room on the third floor. Which was tiny and poorly laid out. The lift up worked but not going down. The rooftop bar was closed and the pool was tiny. Very expensive for the facilities on offer. Staff were pleasant but not particularly helpful.

La gentillesse du personnel, très professionnel,
J’ai perdu mes écouteurs dans la cage d’ascenseur, le personnel de l’hôtel a fait le nécessaire pour faire intervenir la Société de maintenance pendant mon séjour, et a fait en sorte que je récupère mes écouteurs à temps, grand merci à tous. Hamza,

No hassle and stress free
Pros:

Love the location, the staff so friendly, accommodating and welcoming, facilities are great. And I love that it is away from the tourist area. You can even ask for an iron from the front desk.

Cons:

That they didn’t have kettle in the room for hot drinks.

Perfekter Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt – sowohl unser Zimmer, das täglich gründlich gereinigt wurde, als auch das gesamte Hotel.

Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Frühstück: eine große Auswahl, alles sehr frisch und unglaublich lecker. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt: zentrumsnah, nur wenige Gehminuten von der La Rambla entfernt, zwei Metrostationen in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch Hafen und Wasser sind schnell erreichbar.

Für uns hat einfach alles gepasst. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten und können es absolut weiterempfehlen!

This hotel is relaxing place to stay away from the madding crowd.
Pros:

It was friendly and the staff are helpful, it is clean and very comfortable. The location is great with plenty of bars and restaurants within 5mins walk.

Cons:

I don’t have anything bad to say.

Extraordinario ubicación, solo falta mejorar el desayuno

Me gustó mucho el alojamiento , la habitación muy bien , la ubicación es excepcional, la recepción muy amable

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó fue el desayuno , muy pobre y además el señor que atiende en el restorán no era muy amable , no era agradable llegar al desayuno !
